Summary: The New Roller Coaster Tycoon
Review: This game is so cool!I strongly reccomend it.It has new ride types like Suspended Mouse Roller Coaster or Air Powered Virtical Roller Coaster. The main thing is the scenery. My friend thinks the guests can't see. The best park is Arid Heights, because you have unlimited money! The other parks are really cool too.

Summary: More addictiveness!
Review: Rollercoaster Tycoon itself was addictive, now think about how addicting it is with an expansion pack filled with loads of new features! More high-tech coasters have been added and lots of smaller stuff! Recommended for anyone!

Summary: I love it!
Review: I think Loopy Landscapes is a great game! I love all the new features--rides, shops, and sceneries! There's only one problem (at least with my computer), it freezes in the middle of the game and won't let me get out of it, save it, or anything. But other than that I love it, it's a great expansion to the other two Rollercoaster Tycoon Cd ROMs.

Summary: One more thing...
Review: Do you like cheating? Using trainers? Well it seems like Loopy Landscapes has some new things to keep you from using trainers. In this expansion, the game keeps on freezing if you try to hack the game. Most of the time, the game won't let you save if you're using a trainer. But if you do get to save it, it won't let you open your park if it is hacked. Not even if you use the special patch! There go my freestyle parks...

Summary: What a classic!
Review: You need the original RollerCoaster Tycoon (RCT) to play Loopy Landscapes (LL), but needless to say, if you're the average PC gamer, RCT is a must in your game collection. The installation is very quick, which is not surprising--LL doesn't add significant changes to the engine or presentation of the game, but does add 30 new scenarios and six new themes, as well as a number of new entertainers, shops, roller coasters and thrill rides.

But the main addition to LL is, as the name suggests, new landscapes. These include frostly polar regions, urban cities, magical kingdoms, and more. There are some new footpath types, new path supports for elevated walkways and new alternative enterance and exit designs to fit the themes. You can also paint individual sections of a ride's track, rather than simply changing the ride's whole look. To be honest, I didn't really use this ability--partly because it had no real effect on the riders' enjoyment, and partly because I have awful taste in color design.

There are also some new banners that can be posted above walkways. You can specify what the banners say and what they look like, as well as use them to block off whole sections, preventing guests from moving beyond a "No Entry" sign. Other minor additions include new entertainer costumes, and new music for rides.

The only big problem with LL is that it doesn't add two much-needed elements to RCT: a free-for-all mode in which you're not constrained by scenario objectives, and a means of controlling the game speed. It would have been great to just be able to build and run a park without concerns about reaching scenario goals. Also, I was expecting a lot of new rides--especially more roller coasters.

When I got this game, I wasn't that much into scenery and theming. But now with all the new styles, I'm having lots of fun! If you already have Corkscrew Follies, then this game is pretty much only a theming upgrade, as almost all the additions are to suit the themes. But if you don't have Corkscrew Follies, you're in for a real treat! This game is a must.

Summary: Roller coaster rampage
Review: Roller coaster tycoon is one of the best games on my (awful) computer. I got it for my birthday and I think My favorite park is Vertigo views (Ilike the already built coaster) and besides it's a good park.I am not a cheater and I am glad because cheating is no fun.I like everything about loopy landscapes. I forgot my favorite coaster but I'll try to remember. The buildings and scenery are great to and I like the new pathways and martian themeing objects and I just realized how to make four looper. Summary: An excellent game! Must have for any fan!
Review: Loopy Landscapes is by far the best Chris Sawyer has come out with yet! With new themes, including Medieval, Creepy, Ice, and more, and new scenarios, an updated scenario menu, and many, many more options for you to customize, I give this two thumbs up! The game isn't too good for beginners, but if you are a beginner, practice on the original and Corckscrew Follies scenarios before trying these. Arid Heights is a good one to start with on Loopy Landscapes-don't try the Real Parks or Bonus Parks until you're really good!

Summary: Loopy Landscapes.....I Like!
Review: I admit it. I'm addicted. Roller Coaster Tycoon has kept me busy for hours. Loopy Landscapes is the latest expansion pack to this great game and I like it! It adds lots of different rides and theme-park landscaping that really helps make this game even better. Some of the parks I have created would have just not been possible without it!

My daughters (ages 7 and 11) are just as addicted. Maybe it's heredity, but it seems that this pack appeals to all ages.

I'm probably somewhat biased, since I would buy any and all expansion packs for this game whenever they came out. This pack just makes this game much more enjoyable (...and don't forget that RCT was a great game to start with.)!

Summary: Not Helpful, Not Good for Beginners:
Review: This game makes it harder for beginners to start. First, all of the new rides haven't been made for you (not saying that they are all supposed to be made). Second, the parks do not have anything to do with building the ultimate theme park. Third, whoever wants to buy this game I think shouldn't.

Summary: Loopy Landscapes, a great expansion
Review: My dad purchased this expansion for me and my sister. There's only one problem, It's really addictive.

I installed the software and was immediately entranced. I crashed all my custom coasters, but otherwise had fun. I decided to tell my sister that it was on the computer. She went ballistic! She booted me off the computer and immediately was engrossed by the game for six hours. She told me that all the new scenarios and coasters were really cool. I think she said Alton Towers ?! was a good scenario.

I think that you should purchase this software. It's a WISE decision.
