Summary: Best Hunting Challenge Yet!
Review: I bought this game a week ago and I'm still playing it every chance I get. Unlike most hunting games, these animals fight back. That is a major plus! Also, you get the arsenal that every hunter dreams of. You also get a nice choice of hunting equipment. From stands to scents to a G.P.S.. You can also take an A.T.V. to where your going. Or if you want, take a horse. Get tired of playing the same ole' maps, download some new ones off the internet for free. If your an avid hunter and game player, for [price] you can't go wrong with this one.

Summary: Trophy Pack
Review: I find it very hard to rate a game as to how much fun it is when it locks up EVERY time its played. The company has no patch for it and I go on there message board I see I am not the only person complaining about this. The game was not that expensive but I feel all the bugs should be out of the system before it is but on the shelve for sale. It may be a great game if it ever runs properly, But for now Wizard Works Outdoors have dud for sale.

Summary: A Guilty Pleasure...
Review: Rocky Mountain Deer Hunter is suprisingly challenging and offers a greater appreciation for the outdoors than most games -- a definite plus, in my view. Even when the hunting's pretty lousy, which for me is pretty much every time I've played, it can be fun to tromp around in the snow on foot or tool around in the pick-up or boat to explore the "countryside". Deer Hunter is definitely a "guilty pleasure" I don't indulge in much; the graphics are passable, but they're not enough to really transport you into the environs and suspend your disbelief that, after all, you're really just a computer geek (or the relative of one who bought this for you) with a mouse under your palm, not a woodsman with a rifle... and that's probably a good thing, if you aim the virtual gun as poorly as I do. :-)

The firing range provides another aspect of the game, allowing to to get a feel for the various weapons in your arsenal, including the trusty compound bow. Experiment with the various other accessories available, such as a camoflagued hunting blind, a tree stand (just remember to disassemble it before you leave... else you'll probably lose it.), various scents and animal calls, binoculars and such.

Summary: I cant stop playing this game
Review: This game is so much fun I think i play it to much, the choice of firearms & scopes is enough to keep me playing, just to small things i wish would have been in this game, first a couple of more species like Muskoxx & Bison, second an option that allows the player to choose whether or not to play with real game restictions as to number of anials you can shoot, another great feature is you can download new locations to hunt in on the internet. Over all awesome game.

Summary: Good Game!
Review: This game is worth the [cost]. The game is also scary, you dont know if a 1,000 pound brown bear is going to attack you from behind. There are many animals and lots of guns to choose from to. I recommend this game to be played on a little bit faster computer.

Summary: This game rocks
Review: When I first got this game it was right after I had played deer hunter 4 and i was tired of shooting deer that dont fight back and i was tired of hunting the same species. I got the game and the controls are very easy so you could get into it right away. Once you have made a character you can get your gear and go hunting. I sugest sighting in your gun first at the range with your keypad. Hunting is the best. You can hunt Blackbear, Brown Bear (grizzley),Dall Sheep,Bighorn sheep,Elk,Moose,Caribou,Mountain Goat, pronghorn, Couger and wolves. The wolves are illegal to kill because they are endangared. The three dangerous animals in this game are cougars,Brown bears and male moose. The moose are suprisingly the animal that has killed me most. The males charge without reason if they can see you and unless you can put a bullet in its head real quick your a gonner. The cougars will usally run if they know your a human but if you have used predator calls and have bait for them and there hungry enough your dead too. Brown Bears are very deadly too and have attacked and killed me numerous times. Watch out if your hunting in alaska or BC cause it doesnt take much to piss off a bear. Anyway dont use a horse when hunting. There smell drives off the animals not to mention the noise and they are slow. This is one of my favorite games. Its the best.
