Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Simply a terrific game
Review: The best since Daggerfall. You really have to BUILD your character and boy is it ever tough and involving. I had a friend that I gave this to, and he did not like it at first, but after he figured out what it took to develop his character, he was addicted-- he wound up playing the game all the way through about 4 times, each time improving on his abilities until he was godlike by the 4th time.

Amazing game that deserved way better press than it got. And to think that Dungeon Seige gets a lot of WOWs...

Summary: Great
Review: This game surprised many people including myself. The reason I did not give this game 5 stars was because the game technically isn't very revolutionary or inventive. That actually is a good and bad thing. First off it's good because it used all the well know characteristics of RPG's today and kind of jazzed them around to add some more flavor to the gameplay. For example EI:CotLS combines RPG elements and RTS elements in an elegant way, by making the main character(ZAK) able to sneak and crouch by enemies. Whats bad about this game is that there are no real major improvents to it's genre, which isn't really so bad, but it is something we could have hoped this game contained. Overall Evil Islands is an awesome game that supplies hours and hours of fun for any RPG lover.
