Summary: BEAUTIFUL HISTORY
Review: This game uplifted my perception of history and humanity. The stories are intricately done each weaving into a single tapestry greater than the sum of the parts. It plays very well. Some reviewers have complained about the ending. It was very appropriate. As the monks in Shangri-la might say: It not the destination that makes the journey worth while. And in this case, getting there is ALL THE FUN.

Summary: Great Game
Review: This game was a very pleasant experience. The plot line is excellent with its link to previous cultures of Atlantis & the Maya and the puzzles were challenging. Some of the puzzles (i.e. picking up certain objects) stretched across several worlds. The graphics were amazing & I find myself playing it again and discovering something new each time. Hope a sequel comes out soon.

Summary: Inspiring visuals for the virtual tourist
Review: This Journeyman Project game is the best yet. However, this may be due to the fact that we have made extreme advancements in technology.

A 360-degree view let's you pan aorund your entire world. The scenery of past civilizations really is quite beutiful. Presto Studios did a wonderful job on the 3D portion of this game. This game allows the player to interact with other characters in the game. It allows you to choose from a choice of things to say. The extensive inventory allows you to carry several items at once from multiple time zones. The chameleon suit (added bonus!) allows the player to deiguise himself/herself as any character it meets. All of the guises are conviniently located at the bottom of the screen. This truly is a wonderful game!

Summary: Disappointment after Journeyman Project 2
Review: While it was attractive to look at, with good music, I was really disappointed to find that I had to sit through a lot of religious mumbo-jumbo; most of which didn't really help solve puzzles. I did like the chameleon outfit, making choosing the right character part of progressing in the game. I would have also liked to see a longer puzzle-solving scene for the finale. JP2 was much better, in my opinion.

Summary: "Legacy" of great storytelling
Review: Without doubt, "Legacy of Time" is one of the very best adventure games I've ever played.

The graphics are stunning, especially in the DVD version. The puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging, but not so impossible as to put you off playing the game. Far from the uninhabited worlds that some adventure games offer, this has a varied cast of characters who need to be thoroughly investigated before puzzles can be answered. The game interface (you wear a 'chameleon suit' which allows you to steal the likeness of every person you meet) is so clever, you quickly become immersed in the process of interviewing the same person with each different 'face' in your inventory. Getting these varied perspectives on the unfolding story is a key to solving the final puzzles. This is perhaps the closest you'll come to being able to actually being the writer of a story and seeing it from the POV of all your major characters.

More than that, though, it's an excellent family value. While it can be played strictly for its adventures and puzzles (all of which rely on communication and investigative skills), an 'enhanced' mode can be turned on which give players a great history lesson about the three real life ancient cultures being explored here.

This is probably the only game I've ever played where I wanted to actually buy earlier members of the series so that I could see how the plot had deveoloped.

Pick it up now while it's cheap!

Summary: A Must Have!
Review: Wow! This game is by far my favorite GA. The story line and hours of immersive gameplay are enough to hook even the most hard-core gamer. The 360-viewer is amazing when viewing the incredible graphics of lost civilizations. It can be a little glitchy at first, but if you mess with the options panel, it runs extremely well. And the price! You'd have to be crazy not to want this game!
