Summary: Breathtaking beauty!
Review: This is truly a beautiful game. But you better have the computer hardware to truly run this game with all the Prefrences up, Real-time shadows, Viewing distance, 3D sound etc. I started it two days ago, and have been playing day and night. If you buy this game, hit the pause button, walk outside look around for a few minutes. Now go back in and un-pause the game and look around at the sky, the water, and the tress look so similar to real life.

I highly recomend this game!!

Summary: Great Game
Review: I've been playing the game pretty much non-stop since I got it yesterday, It's great fun. The world is huge, there is tons of stuff to do. The only thing I don't like is that it's real hard. Maybe I am just going to places that I shouldn't be at, but I keep getting the snot beat out of me, and that makes it hard to do anything else. But overall, a great game.

Summary: Morrowind - A game to end them all...or the beginning
Review: I have been keeping track of this game for over a year and if what they say is true, then this game will be a huge landmark for all RPG's. I played Daggerfall when it first came out and I was astounded by not just the bugs(of which there were many) but by the overall life engulfing and unique play. I was so involved in the process of building my character and saving damsels in distress that the constant crashing made no difference.

If Morrowind can deliver the same gameplay(if not better) w/o the bugs of Daggerfall then nothing will hold back this monster of a game from becoming the #1 bestseller of all time. I can't wait for the actual release in a couple of weeks, my wife will likely divorce me(hope not!)...but what an experience this will be. I hope I am not to be disappointed!!

Summary: Amazing game... I'm looking forward its release!!!
Review: This will be a great year for crpgs, and the first of them is the elder scrolls: morrowind. Will be a lot better than the disappointing dungeon siege.

Im also looking for neverwinter, but for now i will spend my time with morrowind.

Summary: This will change RPGs forever.
Review: Elder Scrolls Three:Morrowind is going to change the RPG world forever. It has a HUGE world where anything can happen. Not one person will act the same every time you talk to him/her. They might even get anoyed and try to attack you. You can get an assaisans guild after you, but impress them and you will be asked to join this guild. This game has many outcomes and not once will you come to the same ending as before. Personly i think this game is the best rpg that will come to PC and Xbox. If you are a fan for RPGs, this is the game for you, and if you havent already, RESERVE IT.

Summary: Morrowind
Review: from what i saw in videos/previews Morrowind looks VERY good.

Will *probably* be my next purchase after Dungeon Siege.

However, one BIG concern:

Morrowind is a single player game - it's hard to imagine playing "single player" again after i have so much fun in games like "Dark Age of Camelot" and other multiplayer online games.

I am sad that they didnt make a multiplayer game out of it... :/

Edit: From all what i know (read the many previews on the net from people who actually *played* the beta/preview already!) this is the mother of all RPG games, no question that i will get that game and a "must have" for every RPG fan !!! Incredible !!!

Summary: No 20 stars? Oh well. 5 will have to do.
Review: I can't say that I have played Elder Scrolls 3 but, I have played past versions of the Elder Scrolls series. This game will surely top the charts with computer gaming.

For one, this is truly an RPG. I prefer living stupidly in RPGs. If you see someone running through a gate polluted by guards and then hit one of em, it was probably me. Mess with the the theives guild and have them send a horde of assassins to take care of you? Sounds like a party. Upset an unknown figure and get a couple of bounty hunters on your tail? Living the high life.

This game allows a huge amount of different paths to follow to find your way to the end of them game. I often find myself wishing I saved more often due to the fact that I did something wrong and couldnt achieve a special, powerful weapon. This game allows you to backtrack and change the stroyline.

This is for the RPG people out there. If you played FPSs and wish to go to RPGs, this is the game to do so. If you are a strong FPSs kind of person, avoid this game. If you can...

I am easy to give [money] for a game as high quality as this. I am easy to pay [more money] so I can get it two days early with the Collectors Edition.

If you like RPGs, dont pass this game up. You will regret it.

Summary: Another Elder Scrolls!
Review: When I heard Bethesda Software was going to make Morrowind for computer I was thrilled! I have played their previous Elder Scrolls game, Redguard, and it is one of my favorite games. If your computer does not meet the requirments for this game I strongly recommend Redguard. Though I am exited to get my hands on this game I'm a little disapointed that they didn't stick to the storyline about Cyrus, the main character in Redguard. But I am prepared to overlook this and give this game five stars.

Summary: A True Virtual World
Review: The Elder Scrolls 3 continues the Elder Scrolls tradition of providing a true fantasy virtual world for you to create an alternate life in. Set in the exotic island of Vvarvendell, the developers have truly defined an entire culture, with such nuances as clothing, housing styles, food, and architecture being unique to each game region. You can do anything you want, from running a mercantile business to being a mass murderer. Be a powerful mage living high in your own tower, or be a shadowy thief jumping across rooftops at night. Create your own spells from scratch, concoct mysterious potions, enchant your own weapons. It's totally up to you. In addition to all this, Morrowind ships with the easiest-to-use game editor to date, allowing you to create your own game content such as quests, characters, items, spells, and sharing them over the net with your friends. You can't go wrong with Morrowind!

Summary: Ahhhh. So much to do, so little time.
Review: I have to say this is one of the best video games I've played. I've played a few RPGs such as Baldur's Gate, but Morrowind has more of an openended, do-what-you-want D&D feel than all of them. The graphics are beautifully rendered, character creation is fun and versatile, and replayability is HUGE. I intend to replay this game with different characters, various downloaded plugins, and with some of my own plugins (once I take the notion to start fiddling with the construction set that comes with the game). This game is certainly not for those who like structure and firm story-lines. There are simply too many things to do and see, and the game really entices you to get sidetracked, which, to me, is one of its strengths.

In a nutshell, sound effects and music are good, visuals are state of the art (especially outside), gameplay is engaging (though on occasion some quests become monotonous and one does have to get use to being rather alone in a world of uninspiring NPCs), and the possibilities of the game, thanks to the construction editor, are virtually limitless.

One warning: As many have said here, system requirements (that is, what you need to run the game smoothly) are quite high. This is a game made for tomorrow's computer. Also, many players will experience at least some technical issues with the game (such as crashes and freezes), especially regarding memory management and its over-sensitivity to certain hardware configurations and settings. If you know someone who has the game, it would be a good idea to borrow it and test it on your computer before buying it. Otherwise, this is a fantastic game that sets a new standard for the role-playing genre.
