Summary: metal fatigue RULES!
Review: This game really does rule because other RTS games after you play a level you know what will happen the next time you play that level but,but metal fatigue is different. What I played in the demo just plain rocked the first time I played it I only played 2 levels and it took me 4 hours because the computer kept adapting the AI is excellent and the 3 layers of play really made things more fun for me. The most unique feature of metal fatigue is the ability to customize combots which are 4 story tall combat robots which are pretty cool. This game is so cool that I already ordered it and im really excited.

Summary: GET THIS GAME
Review: THIS GAME ROCKS! building at all 3 levels and making your own parts, Whoever said it was slow is wrong, try "+" or "-" change game speed(i dont like people that complain and don't know the keys do the game). Oh well he making this game look bad. But i would recommend this game to anyone who likes strategy games, it is very unique.

Summary: sweet fun and well just plain simple fun
Review: This game rocks. It's like a mix of age of empires and mechwarrior. Its is really fun. You create your robots then go fight with them, and you have three platforms to fight on: sky, above ground, and under ground. If you're not sure about buying this game then try the demo and your mind will be changed.

Summary: never a more metallic time to get fatigued!
Review: This game rules I have played the demo 20+ times just to find different strageties besides the fact of ways to create a empire with defensive mobile walls and being able to study enemy parts to make your own version. This game is the all-time best tactical/strategic game of the century

Summary: Cute Killing
Review: Though I have only played the Demo, the game's concept of making combots anf deploying them for combat interested me the most. There is quite a deal of action but it all looks so cute as you have the complete view of your territory. The ease of game adds to the fun. There is absolutely no gore in this game. I surely loved the game to the core. It was a differing experience to an avid gaming fan to the likes of Quake, Diablo, and the rest of the single shooter games.

Enjoy the game,

Budsbelly

Summary: Best Game I know of!!!
Review: When I first started playing the demo, I was hooked on it and decided to but it. This is the best game I have and I love the 3-Layer battlefield. The graphics are cool and the combots are very configurable. I encourage everyone to buy it.

Summary: Good graphics, reasonably fun
Review: When we saw Metal Fatigue become available, I have to admit we weren't keen on buying it. It looked like a cheezy cross between Mech Warrior and Command & Conquer. Still, it said strategy, so we decided to give it a try.

We were very disappointed to find, not only was there no manual in the box, but there wasn't even a CD liner to read. There wasn't any on line help either while you're playing - you have to have help open in another window and ALT-TAB between them to get any information. Not very user friendly.

The game itself, though, is actually pretty interesting. You're part of one of three different factions - each one builds not only the standard little ground units, but also giant metal robots which you can customize quite a bit. You decide what kinds of arms and legs and body they have, then slowly build them while you construct your base around it.

You can build yourself a group of these robots, each one different, and set them out against the enemies. The graphics are really very nice, although not quite as good as Dark Reign 2, which pushed the envelope on strategy gaming graphics.

The lanscapes are quite intriguing, with different levels, craters, mountains, shadows, and other features that help make gameplay varied and interesting.

If you're interested in Mech Warrior or that kind of robot-based game, you'll probably like customizing your warriors in here, and building your attack force. If you're a raw strategist, you might want to start with Dark Reign 2 and then get this as a fun side game to play.
