Summary: Better than sliced bread!
Review: RCT is the BEST game that I have *EVER* played in my whole life (I'm now almost 30 years old). I can't believe the amount of detail this game has! It is very addictive and very fun. I can't imagine this game ever getting boring...and if you do happen to get bored or finish all the scenarios, you can always buy the ! I wish I could give it

Summary: Great Game, Roller Coaster Tycoon rocks
Review: Roller Coaster Tycoon is awesome. I played it for 5 hours the first day I got it and I didn't see even half of the attractions. I am still getting suprised by new stalls or roller coasters or rides. One tip, roller coasters and free rides need more queueing lines because they are popular and if you have a lot of money than you should give the maximum pay to the people who are thinking up new rides.

Summary: Perfect Score!
Review: This game has it all. It is a great game to go to a theme park you'll like this. I ever played. There are many rides, problems to solve, objects, and hours to play. I hope you will like the Perfect Scoring! game.

Summary: Only a little, but still great
Review: I have only played this game for a few minuets at my friends house, but I think it is great. I espicially like the fact that you can build roller-coasters manually.

Summary: Ok game exept for...
Review: This is a good game except say you wanna build a dream roller coaster that costs lots of money and you finally get it dont thinking you will get a lot of money from this baby. Then your stupid vistors puke on the ride making everyone say "That ride looks too intense for me." That just makes you wanna scream at the computer and make those little people fly off the screen. It is a challenging game though. That's why they do that. It actually was my faborite game for a while but then I just got bored of it. It is fun for a while but then it will eventually turn into the worst game you have. The scenarios are good. And the wide variety keeps you hooked.

Summary: Eerily Amazing
Review: Once I got started on this game I couldn't stop. It feels so real and you get so into it. I love it, and seriously recommend it. If you love this game, get the expansion pack to complete your addiction...

For those of you who are thinking about buying it, I'll explain. When playing this, you become the manager of an amusement park. You can build silly little carnival rides or death defying rollercoasters. You can build monorails and ice cream stalls. It is very like real life, as well: If a ride is too boring, people skip it, or if a roller coaster is too freaky or too nauseating, they'll skip that too. Umbrellas sell better when it is raining. These little details make it hard to remember it's just a game.

About the little people: Some people have certain preferences about their type of ride. To know what someone likes, you can give them a name, track them, even read their thoughts and vital stats.

The one thing extremely unrealistic is this. Watch a person come into the park. Wait a "year" in the game. Then check the box that tells you how long he's been in there. It'll claim he has only been there three hours, or whatever. Also, all the people are guys, with the same haircut and face. That kinda bothered me but in the grand scheme of this game I didn't really think about it.

Hope this was helpful!

Summary: Absolutely the best computer game ever
Review: I am not given to strong statements, but in this case I will make an exception---THE BEST GAME EVER! It's very easy to get started, will run on "slower" computers, and once you get into it, you can't get out! You get totally lost in the world you create---it's so much fun making rides and then watching people enjoy them! I love the way you can pick a certain person to watch, and see what rides they pick, the way you have SO much control over designing rides, the ease of making coasters, although they can be quite fancy, basically I love everything about this game. I am not a "gamer" but I got so hooked on this it was almost scary!

Summary: Totally Addicting!
Review: I guess that's a good thing, when you are up all night playing a game, some might consider it less than ideal when you have to go to work the next day.

I did run into a couple problems with it not reacting well to some other Windows programs I was running, but it never crashed, just reversed colors or other weird things until I shut the other programs off. No big deal.

The game itself is very well done, tons of fun. I don't know what I enjoy more, building the park ago, but have found most sims since then rather boring. This one is NOT! Definitely a winner.

Summary: An excellent game at any price
Review: I admit it. I love strategy games. I'm a sucker for them. Having bought RCT on a whim (a moment of weakness?), I have since then NEVER regretted the decision to purchase it. The concept is simple; design a park that successfully gets customers to enjoy thrilling rides and attractions while fulfilling certain objectives. Believe me, it's not as easy or simple as it sounds. But, if you enjoy strategy games, like me, that stretch your creativity and imagination, RCT is definitely for you. This game is also one of the few strategy games that doesn't reward violence -- therefore making it a family-friendly game. All in all, this is one of the best games on the market. Its reasonable price only adds to its appeal.
