Review: i love this game! the people are so realistic! and the rides! let me give you a few tips. #1: when building intense rides, build baby rides around them to get people bored and in the mood for a thrill! #2: get the deluex game or the single expansion pack for extra fun with the vertcal drop coaster, corrckscrew rollercoaster,alot of other rides, and the over 70 new parks! #3: remeber to build lots of good and reqierd things or your customers will get this hidiouse red face! thats it!

Review: This game is so much fun--it keeps you occupied for hours and gives you a feel of what it must be like to be a money-managing amusement park owner! In fact, the only problem I have found with this game (I have been playing for over four years) is that the guests in the park are always brown-haired men.I highly reccommend the Loopy Landscapes expansion in addition to this game especially if you want more scenarios, building options, rides, and more!

Review: Okay, let me start off by saying that this game is awesome.
I have had for about 2 years but havent played it cause my computer was messed up. So yesterday I started playing and couldnt stop. In the game you can build the amusement park if your dreams. If there is a part in the game when you need more money, dont worry, just increase your loan. As you progress in the game, you get new types of rides you can build. Like, for example, when you start the game on the first scenario, the only type of rollar coasters you can build are wooden and mini-steel roller coasters. As you progress, you can build steel, single rail, suspened, and even more types of coasters. If you are smart, you will go out and buy this game.

Review: A must have. This game is down right addicting. You cannot stop playing. On this game, you can name the people who enter your park, but not the workers. On future RCT games, you could name the workers who work in the park. It's a fun game, and sometimes challenging. I recommend this to people who love strategy games.

Rollercoaster Tycoon brings you into the magical land of the theme park industry. Amazing graphics and easy-to-learn features help you create the theme park of your dreams. A huge assortment of ride designs and types await you in this fun-filled software. Each guest is individual, with varying tolerances for thrill rides. Guests get hungry, thirsty, tired, excited, and a host of other emotions. Make sure your speakers are in good working order, because you'll need them. The sounds in this game are delightful. You hear everything that goes on, such as ride machinery, guest screams and squeals, and merry-go-round music. This game makes you feel like you're in real theme park, but without the blistered feet and motion-sickness. You can track your financial standings throughout the game, allowing you to set park entrance, ride, and food/drink prices. Keep the guests healthy and happy, and they'll keep you in business...but build rides too scary and too nauseating and they'll quickly become dissatisfied. A dozen or so senarios will keep you playing until your fingers get numb, with an endless number of possibilities awaiting you. Each senario has a unique objective, helping you to be analytical and inprovisational. Rollercoaster Tycoon is sure to please any player, from young child to adult. It keeps you deep in the game, and keeps your imagination razor-sharp. This is a must have for any gamer, young or old.

Review: Okay! RollerCoaster Tycoon is the best! It's just awesome. You get to build your own fair. It has a variety of many rides. Sometimes you make such a cool park you wish it existed so you could go! For many of the rides you can either use their design or you can create your own. You can also click on a person to see if they like it, what their thoughts are etc. This is seriously one if not the best game in the world. If you need gift ideas this would be it. I can't wait for the new ones! And remember it is the BEST!

Review: I must say this is a great game! I'm not too much into playing computer games but this one got me. I love to play when I get a chance and when I do time flies. I say when I get a chance cause my 6 year old loves it too. She spends lots of time on this game. In fact we have to monitor it a bit (of course I have to monitor myself a bit too). Time does escape when you get absorbed into building your own theme park. I think it's great because you have to use your brain a bit and then you get to see the outcomes of the decisions you've made. Definitely worth the money and I can't say that for much of today's toys/games. Can't wait to try out the other ones!

Review: This game is simple, quick to install, and not too advanced in graphics. It came out in 1999 by Micropose, and has been the subject to a few add-ons such as Loopy Landscapes and Corkscrew Follies, and now even a sequal: Roller Coaster Tycoon 2. This game is enomously popular and has been a favorite of many. The game has a simple concept: build and mantain a theme park. To those that ever played any of the "Sim" games such as Sim City 3000, 4, or Sim Theme Park, this share the same basic concept. It is a typical simulation game. However, I find it very addictive and love this game! You start with different missions, you are given a land and are required to obtain a certain goal, mostly get a certain amount of people in your park, mantain a 600 Park Rating, by a certain time, such as by 4 years. I find them all very easy done, and it is not very challenging. However, it is all still EXTREMELY fun. It is the satisfication of watching the roller coasters you built bloom and attract guests. It is the satisfication of watching a boring chunk of land be a hit amusement park. It is the satisfication of expanding your park to be bigger, and have more rides, and attract more and more people. This is one of the best games out there, and I haven't checked out Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 yet, but this is my favorite game for my PC, and that's REALLY good because I genrally pefer action games. Roller coaster tycoon lacks flashy graphics, but the sounds are amazing. The scream of the people on the roller coaster, the zoom of the go-karts, the ca-ching sound of making money, the boom of the thunder when it rains in your park. The game has a simple yet specific money management, though it is frustrating to wait to collect money to fund your next project- a typical drawback of many simulations. Another cool thing is the actually designing of a roller coaster, which is like an art, choosing the turns, drops, loops, etc. The only drawback is that just the slightest drop, and the ride gets a rating of "Ultra-Extreme" and nobody will dare to ride it. Each guest can be clicked on to examine what foods/drinks he's bought, or what rides, how much money, or even how happy he is. The game is very addictive and definetly deems a reccomendation from me. All simulation fans or Sim City fans will definetly love this game, and it is very easy to learn to play. I even think this video game has an educational value, with the finance and money managing, and construction skills. It is a game that will appeal to people ages 10-100. Definetly get this game!

Review: It's better than any other addictive substance or food... well, maybe not chocolate :) Seriously, this game is so FUN! I do wish you could get money for the trees instead of paying to have them taken away. But that's a minor concession. Zoo Tycoon is a totally awesome game, too!
