Summary: If Price was "Free," You STILL LOSE!
Review: Looks good and all down hill from there. Played it six times, yes six, and then the questions repeated themselves. A genuine, first class, ripoff. Save your $$$$.

Summary: You can have mine for free!
Review: This was the worst $ I've ever spent. The graphics are fine for the first hour, but then the questions repeat, repeat, repeat.

The questions are very simplistic and are not similar at all to those on the show.

Save your money here and buy Jeopardy!

PS - I love the TV show - just hate this game.

Summary: WHO WANTS TO ANSWER THE SAME QUESTIONS!
Review: The first time I played, I would give the game "4 stars," but as others have noted, the questions repeat too many times (regardless of whether the same person plays, or even if you play it on different days). The lifelines are not necessarily helpful, either. Regis is funny but he doesn't interact enough with you. It's still addictive, however.

Summary: Millionare Fun But Weak
Review: Like many, I received this game as a Christmas gift for "practice" so I can win big $$$ on the real show. :) I have not encountered the repeating question phenomenon yet, and I like the tension builders - the music and the dramatic pauses. Here I thought that my computer was failing me, and it was really a feature built in to the program! For $, it is a fun game, but being a fan of YDKJ, I expected a little more from the parent company. Yet you are not sold short here. I enjoy it a great deal and probably will ne addicted in some time - just like I am with the show! :)

Summary: Who wants to get ripped off?
Review: Loved the TV show which is why I bought the game. As other reviews stated, the same questions started repeating after only a few rounds. It seems that this software was rushed to market so it could beat the holiday rush. Was hoping for the game to run more like Jeopardy which blows this game away.

Summary: Regis is still annoying
Review: This game is fun to start out with. Then it gets old, just about as old as Regis himself. Not to challenging you want funpick up you dont know jack. All in all this is a total waste of money to me and my friends. The show is an A the Game is a D, have fun and dont get caught buying this game.

Summary: Rude Regis, Tough first questions ruin game
Review: Regis yells at you if you leave the game to sit too long, Once you've lost and it shows your check for anything less than 32,000 he gives you very rude comments like asking if you are a moron and calls people pathetic, do not buy.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Enjoyable for a Few Days
Review: Here are the pluses of this game:

1.) The graphics, sound and music are identical to those of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire. This creates the feeling that you are really on the show. The first ten times I played it, I had a blast.

2.) Regis Philbin is very funny in this game. He is much funnier in this game than he is on the show.

3.) This game follows the format of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire exactly. Thus, if you enjoy the show, you should enjoy the game, at least at the beginning.

Here are the minuses of this game:

1.) The questions repeat after only 10-15 games. It is therefore only enjoyable for a few days (or a few weeks, if you can limit the number of times you play each time).

2.) The questions are MUCH harder than the ones on the show. Unless you're a Jeopardy champion, you won't have much a chance of winning this game on the first try (that is, until the questions start repeating). Many people will not enjoy the game for this reason.

3.) You are not allowed to use the mouse in this game, only the keyboard, which is awkward.

I would recommend not buying this game until it is improved. Given its strong sales, it wouldn't surprise me if they released an improved version (with more questions) within the next couple of months.

Summary: You will be a millionaire...
Review: Okay, so I just got this for Christmas...I read a lot of the comments on here around the time it first came out and was hesitant to buy it myself...I already knew what to expect after playing it a few times. The graphics are nice at first, but get a bit tired. I didn't play enough to receive any repeat questions, but my brother has (I'm surprised he still hasn't earned a million dollars yet!)...coincidentally, I also got the "You Don't Know Jack" jumbo software, which I think is even more fun to play...as others have said, the questions don't repeat, and the host interacts with you a lot more...I suggest you buy that instead...overall, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" is pretty disappointing, considering it was made by the same company who created YDKJ...

Summary: I enjoyed this game, but needs some improvement
Review: I got this game for Christmas and had a great time... for the first couple games. After a while (I know you people reading this are so tired of hearing this, but it is the truth) the questions start repeating. I also don't like some of the rude remarks made by Regis, although I know it is supposed to be funny. I have enjoyed the game and will continue to play it and watch the television show. I wish that Disney Interactive could put up something on their site where you can upload your home version of the game such as what the game "Roller Coaster Typhoone" does. All in all, I am pleased with the product.
