Summary: This is the best game ever.
Review: This game has it all, good story, gameplay, levels, and the graphics are still nice even with all the newer games coming out. It really shines in multiplayer mode with customizable levels of Force powers and such. The MotS add-on pack isn't that great, but it's a nice bonus.

Summary: Jedi Knight Review
Review: This game is amazing! All of the original Star Wars game were either side scrollers, flying games, or first person shooters. Jedi Knight changes all this. Jedi Knight IS classified as a FPS, but the gameplay is much better than all the rest of them, and there is a 3rd person toggle. Number one, as Kyle Katarn, you can use a lightsaber, the Force, and other items to defeat seven Dark Jedi. The storyline is the classic Lucas Arts 'one man vs. an army' plot, but there is something about Jedi Knight that sets it aside. Maybe it is that there are seven level devoted to lightsaber dueling, or the great multiplayer. There are quite a few jumping puzzles, one in the fourth level that, if you make one slight mistake, you fall 300 feet in a pool of water. The lightsaber is very easy to use. It will automatically block saber swings and shots, as well as cut through grates and cut off enemies' arms. This game has 21 levels to it, and the companion Mysteries of the Sith adds 14 more, as well as a new playable character, Mara Jade Skywalker. There will be a sequel, Jedi Outcast, out in 2002.

Summary: One of the Best
Review: This game not only impresses through expertly designed levels, but its graphics and opponents are also some of the best in the genre. The big force, however, is the story, where one has the ability to choose between the dark side and the light side. The perfectly produced movies, or cutscenes, will keep you at this game for hours on end; its force powers introduce an entirely new variable into the category of action games, of which it is one of the clear leaders.

Summary: Want to be a Jedi?
Review: This game takes you into the world of the Jedi, battling evil, or helping it, protecting citizens, or destroying them. Choose your path, The Dark or The Light, and choose well, for forever will it dominate your destiny!

Summary: The Best Game Ever!
Review: This has to be the best game ever. It has a perfect balance of everything; graphics, enemies, weapons, storyline, and intrigue. LucasArts has mastered their field. The minute you put the CD in the drive YOU are in the game. The worlds are both significantly mentaly and technically challenging while not being frustrating. The graphics are mind boggling, especially on high performance systems. Every character is beleivable, and the game is the only first person shooter I know to be, in my opinion, suitable for the whole family. Great with a joystick. Actually I recommend one. Thanks for all the hours of fun, and the many more to come.

Summary: The closest one can ever come to being a Jedi Knight!
Review: This is definitely a cool game, no doubt about it. This game totally obsoletes the first Dark Forces (that game is pretty old!). This game truly immerses you in a 90% authentic Star Wars environment. Great graphics, unlimited movement (like Azrael's Tear), and the wonderful soundtrack from the movies. I wish this game had more ties with the movies (like having Luke, Han, Chewie or Leia appear), but the plot of Kyle Katarn and his battle aganist the Dark Jedi is still pretty good. The movie sequnces are my favorite for they broaden your sense of the game and bring the characters alive. My only complaint is why there needed to be so much combat and less puzzles and such? I get so sick of gunning down storm troopers. The fights with the Dark Jedi are COOL and the Force powers are really fun to use. All in all this is a great game and one of the cooler games of today that can run on lower resolution computers.

Summary: Awesome Game, Gotta Love the MODs!
Review: This is one of the best games I have ever played. I beg to disagree about cogging as one of the aforementioned articles. If you download modifications (MODs) and programs, you can avoid hackers and coggers. This game is one of the best ever with the Legacy of the Jedi MOD (Spork 1.2) and some of the gun packs available. I definetely reccomend it and it is an awesome game to play on the Microsoft Gaming Zone. There are many available extra levels and it was pure genius of Lucas Arts to allow this game to be easily hackable, since there is always a new program, MOD, or level available that will make the game new again! A must buy!
