Summary: nothing to great
Review: Overall this is a ok game.it is very hard even on easy.
I have had the game nearly a year and i still have not
betten a scanrio. The normal missions are extremly hard.I would say thay are nearly imposibul. You can eather do missions with the Germans,Russins, greek,or the english. On a game like this you really need to do training.I would say get a diffrent game like Age Of empires Age of the Kings.Empire Earth is always the same. The enimy always and i mean always lunch a ,what i like to call,Counter attack.thats when after about 45 min. thay send a lot of troops to your base.It is also so hard to distroy them because thay sometimes will build 4 rows of walls to keep you out of their city.Thay also build their base way to far apart.thay build like 6 of every building covering top to bottom.Thay also love to go bilistic with air plans and boats. Here is a hint if you do buy this game, Always build deffence first that includes guard towers and a huge army.Another thing i hate about this game is you can only build like 300 units and that is not near enough.and you can not control over 50 units at a time.

Summary: It grows on you...
Review: 'Empire Earth' isn't the EASIEST game to learn. It actually has a high learning curve. And it doesn't look that GREAT. But there's something about it. All these different epochs you can play in. It is worth checking out now if you can find it in a bargain bin.

Summary: Fun game if you like strategy!
Review: First of all, I rarely play computer games but I decided to try this one out because of the strategy that is required to win. I have to say that I enjoy it very much. The graphics are great, its very intutitve and you can easily learn playing the game from their game tutorials. One warning, this game is complicated but if your good at organizing, you can conquer anytthing(body) when you play.

The one thing that it lacks (and I hope the new version addresses it) is higher level play (such as governing people, law, etc) and greater world mapping. They should add spies, diplomancy, greater in depth treaties, etc. I envision a game where micro worlds appear on computer servers which have their own countries and alliances like our real world.

Otherwise than that, its a great game and I've been very happy with it. It helps me unwind from a stressful day at the office.

Summary: A very long game
Review: This is a great game, the one major drawback is that if you want to do a lot of "ages", then you will have to strap yourself in for hours and hours of play.
In this game, you collect iron, stone, food, gold and lumber. You can build a variety buildings depending on what age you are.
(for example If you are in the nano-tech age, you do not have an ardhery range.)
You can make more different kinds of units than you care to count. Age of Empires is the closest thing I've played to Empire Earth and Empire Earth is so much bigger and more packed in.
There is a show blood option that can enable or disable the presence of blood, for those who think this game is all about gore. This game is about strategy. How to survive the ages.

I recommend this game to anyone who likes Age of Empires.

Summary: Not the greatest
Review: Empire Earth is a really entertaining game but lacks realism. There is no diplomacy at all, when you send tributes there is no response, and there is never a change of sides. This game ought to be like an RTS version of Civilization 3...that'd be nice.

Summary: empire earth is tight
Review: to start off any of u who thinks this game deserves to (ecxplict lyric) my (expilict lyric)and then (explict lyric). The Campaign is decent but if u just want some old fasioned plottles war.. this is the game. The campaign has only four choices and that kinds sucks. But the skirmish battles are excellent
if u want war strategy get this
if u want plott and campaign get Red Alert Two

Summary: Great and fun game, but bugs are horrendous
Review: First let me start out by saying that no matter how many bugs there are, this game is amazing, and I still play it. If you're looking for a great game concept, and many fun hours of play, you've found the right game. However, if you're not expecting to pay the price for that "perfect" game, don't get Empire Earth... I run a Win2k computer, and there are more bugs in this game than in any software I've ever seen. Constant crashes to the desktop are annoying to say the least... but when those crashes leave your system unable to open and executables, and you have to restart, it's downright frustrating. I think one of the better bugs, because of this, is the in-game bug that crashes the game and restarts the computer... at least you don't have to restart it yourself! On the first install, I updated the game completely, still had the problems, and then, with my GeForce2 Pro video card, couldn't open the game... it would freeze upon startup and throw me back to the desktop. As said, great game, but the coding and the time spent by Sierra to make it compatable with the newer operating systems is abysmal. I suggest saving your money. If you really want to be "entertained" for hours and hours with great gameplay, after rebooting your computer once or twice every hour, this is your game, but it's certainly not mine.

Review: I have had the game for over a year now and it still ceases to amaze me!!!

Summary: Great game, improvement on Age of empires
Review: This is a great game. My favorite part is that it got rid of that anouying problem where every five minutes you had to stop mid-battle and go replinish the farms. A game where you can go from pre-history to post-presant is a game worth checking out. A definate must buy.
