Summary: great so far
Review: I was somewhat disappointed with LAND WARRIORS and didn't even buy TASK FORCE DAGGER. But I downloaded the demo yesterday and am so far addicted. It is brutal. Most Delta Force games start off with a long walk to an outdoors target and then a long range firefight against stupid enemies. But BLACK HAWK is different. You start off in a Little Bird helicopter. Skinnies are shooting from the ground, and you have to take out several with RPGs before you can land. The action is fast... you have to start shooting right away, and there is a marked improvement in weapon sounds and modeling over the previous games. And unlike the other Delta games, your computerized teammates actually help you. In the first mission, you have to storm an overrun UN compound. Your teammates follow you and will even save your neck sometimes. The action is jarring and chaotic, with enemies firing at you from multiple directions at once. They even use rockets. However, you need a fast pc to run this. I have a Pentium 4 1.5 gig with 640 megs and a 64 meg card, and I had to set it a lower resolution to get it to run without lagging. But maybe Novalogic has come up with a game to rival the vaunted "Rainbow Six" series. All in all, I am impressed so far and will definitely buy the full version when it comes out next month.

Summary: Why to buy Delta Force: black hawk down!!!
Review: Hi, first of all this is one of the best games that NovaLogic has broght out!! I resently got the demo game(and evan that I would have givern 5 star!!!)that convinced me to buy it. I think the best thing is that the missions are all as good as each other and u controll a team yourself, unfortunately it dosen't come out in the UK till March 24 2003 but it is hard to get in the US because it is sooooo popular so pre-order it NOW.It is similar to Delta Force Land Warrior in a way because of the settings.If u are a Delta Force fan then check out gamespot.com to see all the latest: reviews,downloads,screensavers and more!! Summary: The best game since unreal
Review: Black hawk down is the best of the series, and the graphics are so good that it looks like real life. when you look down that sniper scope, you don't see a closer image but a image that has been slightly distortedlike you are actualy lookng down it. and the bullets slow down and arc, so you have to lead your target off this makes it seem real. If thats not enough, it's the explotions that look like explotions, and you can see the shrapnel coming at you. thumbs up for this one, it is the best

Review: ... If anything this game gives just a small hint of what those gallant soldiers went through.. We'll never fully appreciate it as no game can ever make you feel that way. ...This is a fine game and should rank high with first person shooters.

Summary: WOW! AMAZING!
Review: This game is going to be one of the PC games of 2003! I have the demo and i must say i am amazed at the graphics and game play. The only bad thing about this game is the system requirements. I am running a AMD 1.9 Celeron With Nvedia Geforce 4 (64 MB) and 256 MB DDR Ram and the game still had lag patches sometimes! So I you buy this game make sure your computer is up to the requirements! Other than that this is and will be for a long time one of the best and most realistic tactical FPS ever!

Summary: Best Delta Force Ever Made
Review: This by far is the best Delta Force ever made. I have only played the demo but the last two in the series were most definately duds. The graphics eclipse all of the other games. The trees actually sway when the helicopter goes by! The explosions look real and shrapnel comes out of the explosion, like the REAL thing. I have played all the Delta Force games and this ranks near the top with the first Delta Force. The person who said the game was a disgrace to all the people who died in Somalia, is wrong. Is Medal of Honor a disgrace to the people who died in World War II. These games are honoring the people more than disgracing them. Overall, if your looking for a fun first person shooter with great graphics and fun to play this is it!

Summary: Disgraceful
Review: Even Mark Bowden, the author of the book Black Hawk Down, thinks that this game should never have been made. Aside from the atrocious teammate and enemy AI in the demo and the hideous performance when the players enter buildings, the memory of every fighting man that died in Somalia is DISGRACED by turning that abattoir into a traditional first-person shooter. I bet anybody who was there or had ever served in the military would be stunned that this game allows you to get shot multiple times and then run over "health packs" to regain your health. Just like real war, right folks? This is so abominable every copy should come with an apology. Even though NovaLogic is based in California, I doubt many Americans work there.

Summary: Novalogic's, Black Hawk Down
Review: Excellent Graphics, and compairable to other first shooter games, But this one is set apart because of the ease of which you can get into this game (Novalogic's games), and there are many. This one game allows you to be a sniper yet you can become Close quarter combatent, caused not so much by your choice but by the situation, emulating real life combat. This game has many weapons but only those of which had been used in Somolia at the time. Helos, Hummers, AR15s, M-40 Sniper rifles, M1919A1 45 semi-auto pistol, a Ka-bar knife, and later when the game is released I think also an M-4 Assult rifle with M-203 granade launcher. The action is constant and filled with surprises. If you like a "Rush" this will not only get you going but will lure you back time and time again. So I'll See you on the battle front, if you think your ready?

Review: Personally, this game is pretty sweet (at least the demo is). Just an FYI, commerce is all about making money... a lot of money. Their goal is to have the majority buy an item. Their goal is NOT to achieve a level of discipleship with a small band of fanatical gamers.... Again, just an FYI
