Rating: Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed this game Review: Although this game can get slow at times with some long winded diologue, I found this game to be right up my alley. If you love vampires in general, and appreciate some kickin graphics, this game is for you.I would not consider myself a gamer afficianado, however, I found the game easy to learn and found the fighting/story line combination to be a wonderful balance. All in all, the story line is really great, and the cliff-hanger ending has left me waiting for the next release. Enjoy!
Rating: Summary: Great game, too bad for the bugs. Review: Vampire:The Masquerade Redemtion is a good game. If you take away the bad AI (Artificial Intelligence), bad pathfinding, and horrid gameplay. The multiplayer can be fun. But it seems alot of players have trouble with thier character getting deleted for no reason. Very few people play this on-line, and even fewer can offer you good Dungeon Master run quests. There are only two quests you can do without a player Dungeon Master.. and those get old very very fast. Anyhow, to keep my review short, I will just say if your a big fan of White Wolf and Vampires then this is your game. If not, then I wouldn't recommend it.

Rating: Summary: For Add on cards only!! Review: I have and Intel 366 Celeron on the i810 chipset. I only expected average results form my average system but this game will not work at all with the i810! Once you go into Prague(2nd act) the game goes into grey block. It wont even work on the lowest pixel setting! Activision has yet to tell me how to remedy this. I bet their answer will be to shell out $200 for a add on card. Don't buy unless you have a power system. Screw you Activison, I'll stick with game engines (like lithtech)that work cross platform!
Rating: Summary: Ever taste cod oil? Like that, but fatal. Review: Boy, oh boy. I can remember the day that I waltzed into Software Etc. with hopes of buying a great game. What's this? White Wolf has made a game out of a paper and pencil RPG? Well that's great! It'll beat Baldur's Gate, hands down! So I bought it, along with Deus Ex (a great game, btw). Anyway, so I got home and played it for 3 hours. Hm... this kinda sucks. Well, I'm not even a vampire yet, it'll get better. Oh, was I wrong. It was even less fun when you have to worry about running out of blood. God, this game sucked so much, that I don't even want to finish this review. I'll just say this. A game that stops you from going somewhere by putting up an invisible wall is not worth buying. Way too linear. No freedom. Please don't buy this game, unless you're Richy Rich or something. PS: Buy Deus Ex instead!
Rating: Summary: Fantastic Vampire fiction RPG game Review: Vampire the Masquerade Redemption is a very very good game. i've heard that some people find that the AI is lousy, but i don't share that opinion! The puzzles are fairly hard, i mean not hard, yet not easy the sound, and music is extremely good, fun and professional the graphics, are better than in any RPG game i've seen very clean, and smooth the game is very stable, and runs smoothly and farily fast The only thing that bothers me, is when you finish the mission, or kill the boss, you'll have to try to wander back from the location through all the map and back to your haven or some other place it takes time, and quite frankly is boring and unnecessary a better solution would be to add a cutscene the game is farily easy, and the bosses are farily easy to the terrain is very cool, and detailed, as are the characters, well designed, and detailed It's not very scary, yet thrilling I've found that it's easier to navigate the maps in this game than most RPG game's i've seen, also the angle is better than in any RPG i've tried. Any vampire fiction fan should not be disappointed with this game.. neither should any RPG fan! (btw, if anyone could help me out here, in the final mission, when i kill Vukodlak i bite Anezka, and aparently i'm supposed to have forsaken all Humanity)
Rating: Summary: Never before has a game had me addicted like this. Review: My first impression was not good, with the limited saves, real time combat, and buggy play. But after I patched, which anyone getting this game will surely do, it grabbed me and still hasnt let go. I got it at 10:00 AM on a Saturday morning, and didn't stop playing till 4:00 AM Sunday morning. I took a total of 3 breaks. Diablo 2 never did this to me. If you like RPG's go get this, the master of all RPG's. It's the Half-Life of RPG.
Rating: Summary: could be better Review: I bought this game the day it came out. I had read the PC Gamer review, and wasnt very pleased with what I saw, but was so excited about running my own games online, I had to have it. Surely enought, the initial release was terrible. I only played for about 20 minutes before giving up in frustration. But Nihilistic (the company that made it) deserves more then that for their tremendous efforts. So after the 1.1 patch came out, I tried it again, and now I am addicted. I especially reccomend the storyteller mode; I had the most fun pushing my attributes to 100 and making myself a second generation Elder vampire. This game is worthwhile, but only if you have the time to download the patch. Even then, it is somewhat frustrating.
Rating: Summary: Real Vampire players will get it. Review: When I heard that this game was in devolpment many moons ago, I was apprehensive because I had played Vampire the Masquerade for a couple years and loved the detailed and rich world created by White Wolf. After buying the game though, the pro's really outweigh the cons. First off, Activision decided that they would fraction the normal 'dot' system to extend overall game play by slowing the rate at which a character can grow. (Through truthfully, they could have applied the experience rules as is, but I see the logic here.) Veteran players will also notice a lack of Disciplines and some addational costs to usually free ones (ie. Potence and Fortitude.) in an effort to prevent abuse of them. (I won't bring up the lack of Skills, Talents, and Knowledge...) I've heard too many people whine about the save feature, but I think that we, as a role-playing community, have gotten too dependant on save features. Save less, not more. Hopefully, the worst thing about the game will be fixed with some kind of patch, that horrible Artifical Intelligence. Your companions will constantly amaze you with the way they 'burn blood' like it's going out of style. The comp plays NPCs equally bad to the point where sometimes they won't even defend themselves. The best feature here is the limitless Storyteller mode potential. In the hands of a capable person, this could make for a whole new world on on-line gaming. Summary: Lot's of hope for this game with some much needed polish.
Rating: Summary: Very good and relatively spooky Review: I love Vampire fiction, and i also love an RPG This game, is relatively easty, the puzzles aren't that hard, so it dosen't take a long time to do what the mission requires from you! Graphics : are extremely clean, good and professionally done. Sound : Unlike many good games, the sound and music of this game, is very good! the music is spooky yet fun to listen to. Stability: Many games with good graphics have lousy stability, ... but Vampire: THe masquerade Redemption is very stable! all movements of the characters are stable and well animated! There are a few things however that i do not like: (maybe i haven't calibrated the graphics yet) When you put on a..., for example a helmet, it isn't shown on your character! and in the cutscenes, the weapons aren't shown, nor the armor and such!!! But that dosen't affect my love for the game, in the other hand, the animations and such of the cutscenes, are very well done! If you liked any RPG, or/and Vampire fiction, this is a game you'll like it's fun, has many, yet relatively easy puzzles good graphics, cool animations, cool weapons!
