Summary: The Sims Expansion Pack is all I ever wanted, and more!
Review: I just bought The Sims Expansion Pack a couple days ago, and me and my sister have been playing it non stop ever since! There are 125 new furniture pieces, wallpapers, floor tiles, doors, windows, and clothing! There are also 4 more neighborhoods! By neighborhoods they mean the same design and setup as the first one. Also if you put a family on neighborhood 3, none of the family's from any of the other neighborhoods can come over. Each neighborhood is a separate game. Also with the neighborhoods, you cannot move a family from one neighborhood to the next. I like the new furniture items, and the new floor tile/wallpapers the most because now some of the floor tiles and wallpapers actually go together! Most of the furniture is designed to build a castle or a home of the future, so sometimes it's hard to mix furniture together or find the right thing. Overall I love this Expansion Pack because it revived my old Sims game. ALSO included in the Sims Expansion Pack is a 5-7 second Trailer/Teaser for the next addition to The Sims! I think that it will be the BEST yet! Unfortunately it's coming out June 15th 2001, so we're going to have to wait a long time! At least we have the Expansion Pack to hold us over until then.

Summary: Good..but not great.
Review: Like a lot of people, I excitedly bought the extension pack soon after it was available in stores. Already addicted to the game, I was eager to provide my sims with more challenges and expand the game. Although the extention pack did add more new elements to the game(over 125 new items to purchase, new characters such as a genie, new career paths, 4 additional neighborhoods, and new skins, I felt like they should have offered more considering the extention pack cost almost as much as the game itself. Is it worth it? Yes, but I still feel more could have been included to make the product better.

Summary: Awesome Expansion!
Review: I was so happy that they came out with an expansion pack for THE SIMS. The game is awesome and VERY addictive. I love it. The expansion pack has so many cool new things, there could be some more, but it is very cool for now. I would totally recommend this to anybody. It is a great game, but you have to have the time to sit and build the houses and help the characters.

Summary: A great add-on
Review: This add-onn for the Sims is well worth the money. It has new and exciting wallpapers, carpets, and itmes. It also has new clothing filled with flavor to match different peoeples styles. Different jobs help make the game more exciting and things such as the lab, and the crystal ball add on to the decor for your sims. I highly recomend this add-on for your

Summary: MORE fun, frolic...and sex
Review: This might be the best expansion pack in the history of the gaming world. This pack takes the original Sims and tacks on tons of useful/unusual/freaky features and objects. Useful features include 4 new neighborhoods and a robot that takes the place of the maid, gardener AND repairman. He'll also cook, but his meals suck. Unusual features? Well, there's geanies, fortune telling balls, and castle decor. Freaky? Well, there's alien abductions, voodoo dolls, and a Vibromatic Heart Bed. Yes, you're sims will finally be able to get it on. If you own The Sims, this expansion pack is well worth your money. Just make sure you have the original game, because this is an EXPANSION PACK and not a new game (duh).

Summary: Two thumbs up
Review: Livin Large added on to the fun of The Sims. It had more interesting clothes, and fun items. But, it took a long time to install the game. It took the most time patching the sims. It was worth the wait though. New items like the wallpapers and carpets made it fun to design themed houses. However, after awhile it became boring, and I stopped playing it. But, it is still fun to help the sims reach their goals, or watch them ruin their lives. :-)

Summary: Even better than the original
Review: I didn't think that the Sims could ever be improved. But when I got this I realized how wrong I was. There's new jobs, outfits, and things to buy. You can even plead with the Grim Reaper to let one of your dieing sims live. This game is fantastic and I would recommend this game to everyone.

Summary: also a gamer
Review: I had the same problem as the gamer above about installing and running. The only way I could solve this was unistalling the original The Sims and then reinstalling them both.It has pretty much worked right for the most part,a few crashes here and there, but have enjoyed it tremendously.Bad part about it is that you lose all the skins and stuff you had downloaded on there when you uninstall.Just went back online and redownloaded,no prob. Try installing it this way and enjoy.
