Summary: I finally found all the wizard cards!!!!
Review: I bought this game for our library and it only works on a pretty up to date machine we found out. I have been playing it on my office machine since December. I got through the game with a hint or two from my step grandson but could not find all the cards. So I kept playing it over and over and over again. I played it so often I caught Malfoy right away and the Snitch too. I am not a gamer but it was great fun to find all the Wizard cards. The one I couldn't find was Herpo the Foul. Hope someone else had trouble with it. If you like Harry Potter and you like games that can go fast or slow this is great.

Review: Its fun but hard once you get past the hard part its fun for a while until you get stuck for a long time and finally pass the level!

Summary: Harry Potter game...fun but challenging for young children
Review: This game has good graphics, sound quality, and controls to customize viewing. It is fun and draws you in to discover all the wonders and strangeness of Hogwarts School with Fred and George Weasley guiding you through the "secret passages" in the castle. As Harry, you explore, attend classes, practice your magic, meet with friends Hermione and Ron, and try and thwart Malfoy. It is a challenging game for younger children because of the control needed to master certain sections of the game. My child is a little younger than the recommended age of 8 and he did get frustrated with the game in a few places. It your child is younger than 8, you will need to stay close to help him/her past the more difficult spots of the game. Don't be surprised if you have a hard time too, yes, I admit it....it's challenging even for adults. However, I will gladly admit that it's fun for adults too.

Summary: Too challenging for younger children (and some adults!)
Review: I consider myself a fairly experienced gamer, but even I had to give up at one point in this game. My daughter became very frustrated, first with herself, then with me, and finally with the game, due to our inability to get past a certain point. We never did get around to finishing the game, and neither of us has any desire to spend many more hours making poor Harry pass out due to our failure.

I liked the action, the plot, and the art. However, this game requires superior motor skills and great deductive reasoning, since the game manual is less than helpful. Unless you're purchasing this for a child (or an adult) who is a consummate pro at gaming, I would suggest something a little less challenging.

Summary: Good adaption, Cheap Grapics
Review: Okay, so I admit that this game was more closely adapted to the book than the movie, but get real. Some of the lines are just...weird. For example, at the beginning, Ron comes up and says "Hi, Harry. Remember me? Ron Weasley?" Think about this line for awhile. Harry has never had a friend in his life and then Ron thinks that Harry will forget him in about 15 minutes. Judging by his character, Harry Potter does not have a short-term memory. While we're in the subject of goods and bads, here are some more...goods and bads.

GOODS:
1.Characters that don't appear in the movie, like Peeves the Poltergeist and Professor Sprout, appear in this game.
2. Some scenes, like the potions obstacle on the way to the Sorcerer's Stone, that were in the book are in this game.
3. They use items like Chocolate Frogs as energy boosters.
4.They give you easy-to-follow directions for games like Quidditch.

BADS
1.The graphics are very [bad]. I mean, I could make these characters out of Play-Dough and it would still look the same.
2.The voice-overs don't really sound like the actors in the movie.
3. I could think of many ways of putting funny lines from the book into this game that they didn't put in. AND I'M 11!
4.Quidditch was much, much, much too easy for me. The Snitch is easily spot and goes too slow. I caught it in about 5 SECONDS!!!
5. They took ideas that I've seen in other games and put the ideas in this game.

So, I've noticed some goods and bads. I recommend this game to SERIOUS Harry Potter fans.I'm one of that crowd. Maybe the next game(if they make one)will be better.

Summary: It's a pretty good game!
Review: This game is very good for Harry Potter fans. I am a Harry Potter fan myself. When I saw this game online I bought it instantly. It turn out to be a pretty good game but the graphics is not that good. Another thing is that Ron and Hemione doesn't stay with you a lot you mostly go by yourself. The game gets harder and harder like when you get chase by a troll or attend lessons. Overall the game is pretty good. I recomend it.

Summary: I am addicted
Review: I bought this game not so long ago, and I have wanted it for a very long time. I bought the game and went stright home with it.

I started to play and enjoyed it emensly. I had gotten caught on the jumping bit for awhile, because I didn't want to use the feature of 'auto-jump'. Finnaly after awhile I disided to use the feature, and it made m game much easier.
There are some very difficult parts in the game, for exp. getting past draco, peves, trying to beat draco on your broom and (where I am right now) Getting past the troll, which I am stuck on :o)
This game is highly injoyable, but some part seem a bot to hard.

Summary: This is a waste of money!
Review: Unless you have the newest computer capability, you cannot play this game. I bought this (the site did not mention the needs for your computer) and it went as sloww as molassas in January! I would recomend the Gameboy Version instaed. The coloring is very dark, so it is hard to see dark halls or anything of that sort. Keep posted for i may sell mine!

Summary: Cool!!
Review: i love this game, it's really adictive, the only problem is it's really weird to have them talk without moving their lips. It's a lot of fun to find all those hidden rooms too :)
