Summary: Single player mode is great; muliplayer has problems.
Review: Ah, chapter V of the Diablo II world is finally played out with the expansion pack. Two new characters are added, items are changed and storeage space is increased -- but you'll need that once you win and start up nightmare or hell level. We can play it between our computers at home with with friends on-line but when we do the graphics get a little jumpy. The previous problems with assistants getting stuck in a pacing pattern continue.

Summary: Can't Stop Playing This Game
Review: As you can tell by my name, I am really into games. I bought the original D2 last year and started with expansion last Christmas. Ever since I got D2 LOD, I have really been into it and like I said, can't stop playing it. I was really into single player until I beat nearly every quest and every act(I never really did get around to killing Baal at the end of Act 5). I believe one of the great features of the game would have to be battle.net. I applaud blizzard for all the work it has put into it's multiplayer gaming service and I find it outranks many other multiplayer services by far. However, I can understand how those of you subject to lag feel. I don't succumb to lag much due to my excellent system. But anyway, enough about me. Normally, I would have given this game a 5 star review were it not for some unfortunate circumstances. Besides lag, B.net has it's fair share of hackers and scammers abroad. Fortunately, I haven't been hacked yet, but a friend of mine was twice and lost some precious items. I must also admit I was disappointed in the 2 new char classes. In specific, I thought druids' elemental would be much more powerful and the same with the assassins' traps. I have also found myself in an unfortunate position where I'm beginning to feel bored with this game. By now, I have in my possession many powerful unique and set items as well as powerful characters. I feel I am getting to that stage where I feel there is no more point to this game. But, enough with the downside. Before this stage, I felt a great exhilaration while playing this game as I have learned to love it. In conclusion, I say you should really go out and buy this game. It is worth the money. As many have mentioned, this game is extremely addictive and will keep you stuck to your computer for a vast amount of time... I feel I should also draw your attention to the fact that some people on B.net so crazy about this game may wish to buy items/characters and pay you some real cash for what you have to offer... Get into this game. You'll love it.

Review: First of all the Diablo series has been many hours of fun for me.
I find this game to be very exciting, especally on Battle.Net.
I've been playing D2 and D2 LOD for about 8 months, and every hour has been lots of fun. If you purchase this game you wont be dissapointed.

Summary: Fun but tiriing afterwards
Review: ok yes Diablo is fun for awhile then it gets boring...i mean after level 53 it is hard to advance your character unless you spend a lot of time and some reptitives meph runs and cow runs.
You have to find your elite green item for your character. But when you reach level 99 what to you do start over give me a break... after 2 -3 years starting a new character and find the complete set of tal rasha or aldur watchtower or trang-ouls avatar again how boring..... Plus D2 and LOD are not real rpg
A real rpg is something like Pool Of radiance where you choose where to put your points roll your hp and deceide what spells to choose over all the givin spell list... Not choose from a sample list of spells like d2 those who have played real rpg games know what i am talking about...But untill they realease a good real rpg game the best games in that line are Diablo2 and Lod, Warcraft 3, Dungeon siege, Baldur's gate, Icewind dale,Pool of radiance( not that good but ok i give it a 3,5 star), Final fantasy 7 and 8. And that is pretty much what rpg world as to offer at is best. I might have forgot a game or 3 in the list.24/07/02 Hellfire... Like Ghost Rider said long lives the spirit of veangeance...

Review: I think it's a great game but after your level 99 or have good stuff the game is no fun at all. I got a sors to levle 74 with good stuff and it [was bad] there was no chalange.
it is a hard game and cool game till you are unstopable and it's easy to beat diablo, ball, mefisto, ext. But im just pointing out the bad things about is it has many new cool things such as new guys such as a drude or assasin and the new items so ill give it 3 stars becase it gets stuped after a bit but for the fist time it rocks!

Review: When I first got this game for some reason [i didn't have an influence or anything]I looked at the back and said in a confused voice, "Now...WHY did I get this?!" I'll tell you why I got this: This is the most in-depth, longest, hardest game you will ever play! You can do anything you want, from slaughtering demons with 7 of your friends, or trading like mad to get the godliest items in the game. I'm gonna give a bit of a review, but keep in mind that there is no point in getting this game if you're not gonna play online!! Graphics: Hey, I'm playing with an 800X600 resolution, Mommy!! Does that get the point over pretty well?
9//10 Controls: Click, click, click...Hey i just cut the devil's headoff!!Yay!!Yeah, clicking is simple enough but it seems like you are really walking around instead of your digital Amazon, doesn't it?(Oh, and speaking of Amazon, there are 7 character classes; Sorceress,Assasin,Barbarian,Amazon,Paladin,Druid,and the Necromancer, each have unique abilities)

Summary: More room? Think again...
Review: First of all, if you're buying this expansion pack simply because you're tired of your bank space being all full and "this will solve it." Well, I'm sorry to say that the increased inventory space here just means you'll keep everything you did before and more! Without adding any spoilers here, they've added enough stuff that you will end up just collecting a whole-lot-more-junk and in a way you will have even *less* space than you did before... kind of ironic, if you ask me. Also, one of the somewhat "annoying" pieces of this pack, however, if you play Battle.Net - you have to "convert" any regular characters you have in the game to "Expansion Pack" characters in order to be able to use the Expansion Pack with them and you WILL NOT be able to move them pack and play them with people who do not own the expansion pack. This means that if you have friends on Battle.Net that don't own the Expansion Pack, you will NOT be able to use your converted characters in games that you play with them.

Review: Lord of Destruction completes the story began in Diablo, and continued in Diablo II. The add-on gives you a new resolution, two new interesting chacter classes and a brand new act. If you love Diablo II, you need this expansion. Period.
Further proof that Blizzard just makes good games.

Review: Ok so the name isnt that great but heres the basic point.Diablo 2 Expansion is a GREAT game it has a nice storyline and the battlenet is great though the lag kills you.You need a pretty good system to run the game.Ive been playing Diablo 2 for over a year now and this game is getting OLD!Its come down to where Im just making chars over and over and magic finding.Blizzard needs to step that fat old foot on the gas and bring us a #3 becuase this game is getting old fast.I myself am currently looking for a new free online game to start ...

Summary: Awesome
Review: This is probably the best Role Playing Game I have ever owned. The world in which you are immersed is expansive and takes hours to completely play each ACT. I really enjoyed playing each of the five original characters. I was less impressed with the Druid and Assassin that were introduced with the expansion, but with the addition of new items and completely new ACT, the expansion is a must have for any DIABLO fan. The multiplayer feature on this game is awesome. Giving you the opportunity to mix with other characters that complement your own, driven by individuals who love the game as much as you do. I spent over 1 and a half years playing this game and only stopped because I no longer have the kind of time this game demands. I highly recommend this game to everyone looking for good way to spend the majority of their time setting in front of their computer.
