Summary: Camera angles ruin this game!
Review: I tried the Demo version and loved it, so I bought the game. I've been playing all day on it and the same thing keeps popping up. The same flawe. Many times when Froto or another character is in battle, you can't see your opponent because the mouse control is so sloppy. It's downright annoying! I'm currently frustrated doing battle as Stridor against 5-6 black riders. He's considerably outnumbered, trying to protect the injured Froto alone. For some reason, his sword disappeared and all he has to defend Froto is a torch from the campfire while the riders all have long swords! If that wasn't so bad, the mouse controls are so unbelievably slow when you try to back him up or dodge the swath of a rider's sword. And he's attacked from front and behind, yet you can't turn him around to react in time! Also, there are NO clues in the game. Many times you can run all over for hours trying to accomplish this goal or that and only stumble onto it. Had this game had better controls, I would've given it 5 stars because it IS very entertaining and the graphics are excellent. Still, I'd recommend you buy it and try it for yourself....

Summary: Buy the Two Towers by EA games.
Review: This game is good if you like to sleep or if you played TwoTowers 1 billion times already and want different missions.

Never even passed the first level.

Summary: Good Game, that fellowship of the ring!
Review: I must say thatI really enjoyed this game! This has a story that sticks to the original plot very well, and, at times, even better than the movies! I am quite glad for the inclusion of Tom Bombadil, and Old Man Willow. This is a good game to get, and, if you're into The Lord of the Rings, I highly recommend it!

Summary: A Pleasant Surprise!
Review: After reading some of the really negative reviews for this game, I was expecting to be really let down. I was determined to still get it though, and was actually surprised by how fun it was! I found it to be a very enjoyable game, and the only really big let down to be that it was too short! I think it's especially good for people who don't usually play games though (like me,) because its very simple and straight forward. I only had to look at the manual a few times before I had all the buttons and commands down. Also, it is very close to the book, with only a few changes that were necessary to keep it stream-lined and interesting. What I really liked about it was how it felt so much like the actual story! It's a very linear game and it even has little animated segways to help progress the plot between the different levels and such. It feels like watching a little movie, where you get to play out certain parts of it! All the levels were very enjoyable, but I think Moria was the best by far! I had lots of fun exploring all the different chambers, and even more fun getting lost in them! Another thing I enjoyed was how other members of the Fellowship followed "me" around and helped kill enemies. They're all "in character" too. Legolas shoots arrows from a distance while the other members fight it out with sword and axe! I found this amusing for some reason. Overall, I'd recommend this game to anyone who has read The Lord of the Rings and would like to "play" the story!

Summary: OK
Review: The begining of the game is so dumb ,I've made games funner then walking through the shire with "THE 3D GAMEMAKER".im stock in the shire trying to escape the Nazgul, the game would be alot more fun if it even worked on any computer[i had to borrow a computer from my dad's job] or if you could pick which character you wanted to be! I bought this game thinking it would be all action and fighting ORCS, but instead it's NOT! Though im sure it will become funner once I leave the shire. Please write back and tell me how to get past the DARK RIDERS and how to become ARAGORN or GANDALF so that I can fight ORCS,etc.

Summary: Waste of Time
Review: Almost a total waste of 8 hours. The story follows the book and the graphics are mediocre (when they are not exhibiting bugs), but I would have rather just watched the game cut scenes and not wasted my time. Go buy something else. This game would get no stars if that was an option!

Summary: Dont waste your time
Review: Vivendi Universal should hang it up with making PC games, ever since they took over Sierra they have been turning out bad games, this one is one of them. the graphics are medicore, the sound is awful, and game play is boring, I would rather watch TV or surf the web than to play this.

Summary: Don't Waste your time buying this!
Review: Great when I had an Atari. Playability poor, Graphics OK, Spend your money on something else. With all the high quality games out there I was very disapointed in this product.
