Summary: Problem with game
Review: Although this game is fun for the whole family, it has some technical problems. I have had problems with EA Games, they don't seem to like to help with the game.

Summary: Haza Potty
Review: First of all may we congradulate EA games on creating such a fine gameing experiance. We were enthralled right from the opening scene, in which Harry crash lands the car into the amazingly detailed wamping willo tree.
The game itself is rich in detail and bursting with good graphics. However this does cause some problems as it means you spend more time looking at the loading screen than actually playing the game.
This is a small price to pay for the game play , which is excelent.
The game is much improved from the first game which sometimes was slow and occasionally boring.
Our fave part was the dualing in which we never wanted to leave the computer.Having said this some parts of the game were not so good. Ouiditch , was good to watch but that si because you do not do anything the computer moves for you, you just constanly hit the left mouse button.
Overall it is a perfect and highlt enjoyable game.

Summary: S'okay
Review: Well, I thought this was a well-planned game, but I have to comment that it was easy to beat. I did not like the quidditch practices, cuz if you have finished all challenges, you can't go on to the next step/task/mission without beating it (quidditch practice and match). Those were the hardest parts of the game. The boss/serpent (mythologically basilisks were also known as the cocktrice and were not large snakes but were hatched from snake eggs under the proper constellation) was very easy, which I kinda liked since the 1st game's boss was much harder. I liked the bean challenge ideas, and all the new spells. All-in-all this game is better than the first and is more convient if you really don't have a ton of time to work on it.

Summary: Get the XBOX version
Review: If you have an XBOX console, do NOT buy the PC version. It's amazing how much more extensive, detailed and rich the world is on the XBOX. Harry actually starts out on the Weasley's farm and then gets to explore Diagon Alley. The PC version uses cut scenes to take you right to the womping willow. Also the XBOX Hogwarts is much larger and richer looking than the PC version. The characters look the same but that's where the similarities end. It's clear there were two very different design efforts. Yes, you'll have a lot of fun with the PC version but if you have a gaming console, consider buying that version instead.

Summary: Awesome, but...
Review: As usual, EA has produced a great game. However, there are just two things I did not like about this game:

1.) My own personal fear is spiders. If you as afraid of spiders as I am (I've screamed my way through at least three parts in this game!), I wouldn't recommend it.

2.) It's too involved. Halfway through the game, it's hard to remember why you started, or where you have been or haven't been. Maybe that what the kids like these days, but I find I don't have the attention span for all of the facets of this game. There are 50 bronze wizard cards, 11 gold cards and a bunch of Silver Wizard cards. They all get you something different if you collect them all. Then there are wizarding duels, bean trading, wiggenweld potion and Quiddich matches, and sooo much more!

Like I said, I really enjoyed the game, but found it a bit too involved (and very spider-y!!). I'd give this one 4 1/2 stars anyway because it IS a great game.

Summary: Harry Potter Rules!
Review: This game is so wonderful. It is very addictive and I found myself playing for five hours straight when I got it. Then I came back later to play more! The graphics are much better than the previous game and the story flows better. Plus, the game is longer and you get to explore more of Hogwarts. (my fav part!)The Dueling and Quidditch are really fun and beautiful. If you haven't bought this game, you're nuts!

Summary: Fantastic
Review: We bought this game for christmas for my son. Every one in the family is into game now. We just love this PC game, each level gets more exciting with a bigger challenge. We are now looking for the strategy book, to learn more about the driferent things to collect to help Harry.

Summary: Better than the first
Review: Wow, this game is better than the first. They made it longer, and more fun. Such as being able to collect beans and trade them in for new things. Also, you get to learn four new second year spells. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't follow along with the book or the movie. It goes it's own way of doing things. Otherwise I had a lot of fun playing it.

Summary: Potter loads of fun

The is very fun it dose not eat up your system like some games. The cut seens are beautaful and you can skip them (thank Goodness) If you have already seen them.It is a wonderful 3D world of harry Potter. And you can roam around more in the game than the first or not if you don't want to.Spell challenges are much more fun you accully have to beat a timer. The Game is longer with more replay value to. Harry potter leaves a great taste. But an after taste of being a bit to easy. All and all a good game I say would be good for 6-13 or beginning gamers
