Summary: Correction on the subject of delay
Review: A reviewer on May 26 commented that the quality of WWP is suspect because the 'producer' is failing to meet their schedule. Ignoring all the various possible replies w.r.t. the nature of game production, I just want to point out that Team 17 put this game to gold about 2 months ago. The fault for the US release delay lies with Titus, and as far as THAT goes, I share the aforementioned reviewers anguish at this pointless delay.WWP Has been available in the UK for a month now, and is reportedly quite good. Though arguably WWP gives you little more than you could get with W:A plus the 'Fiddler' (an unofficial program which allows a remarkable level of tweaking of basically every detail of W:A), WWP DOES give you the ability to use all these niceties ONLINE with other people. I consider that to be a big plus, and am drooling in anticipation of the day, years in the future, when Titus actually releases the @#$!* game to market. I have not played WWP yet, but I can confidently say that I know as much as it is humanly possible to know short of that, and I therefore have no reservations with giving this game five stars. Summary: Worms World Party: The First Review
Review: Although I have not actually played Worms: World Party, I have a pretty good idea of what is involved. Having played the thoroughly enjoying game Worms: Armageddon, I feel that this game will be even better, for in this series of games, each time the next game in the series comes out, it is always even more enjoyable. In addition, I must say that the major highlight of this game is the multiplayer mode. There is fierce competition whenever a multiplayer game is going on like no other game I have ever seen. Plus, unlike most games with weapons, Worms has no blood, plus to ad in some fun ,there are fantasy weapons such as 'Super Sheeps' that you direct through the air towards your opponent(s) The creators of this game must have an ingenious gaming mind. With all this said, I will close by saying that the Worms series is the best series and best multiplayer game so far in the short history of computer game developement. Thank you.

Summary: The Best Strategy Game
Review: Although no new weapons from Worms Armageddon, it is a a great improvement. All weapons are at your fingertips from the start. There are 20 multiplayer missions, on or off-line which are an absolute blast. You now have a mode of play for "Fort Games" which makes it a whole lot easier to play forts. Multiplayer games with the "Wormspot" is excellent, with options from "Super Rope Mode" to "David and Goliath" you can mix and mach to create more modes of play then you ever thought imaginable. Training is very challenging, even to a seasoned wormer. There are more missions and they are more challenging then ever. WormNet, as always still has problems, but seems to be going well. The worst part is they still have not restarted the rankings on WormNet. All in all it is a great game and very well put together.

Summary: Disappointed for the delay
Review: Do you know how long this game has been delayed from its original "promissed" delivery? More than a half year already! Now the latest news says it will be available May 30, 2001. We should see if it can keep its promise. If not, cancel your order. Its content can't be trusted to be fun, as the producer can't keep up with its production schedule.

Review: greeting, i am not going to give my nme but i will tell you this, WWP (worms world party) is the best computer game i have ever encountered in my life. It is defenatley the best out of the 9 worms games. I own a comic book shop in Springfeild, and i am selling this game. It is deenatley a must have.

Summary: Broken, Buggy, Bad Tech Support
Review: Here's my experience with Worms World Party: After installing the game, it won't run at all. I just get an Illegal Operation error. The vendor's web site says to uninstall/reinstall, and apply a patch. So I go to uninstall... I get an error there too. It won't uninstall!! So I delete it completely. I reinstall it. I apply the patch. Still doesn't work. Next step: Fill out the "Return Item" form on the Amazon web site. Very disappointing.

Review: Holy Gilligans Island! I got this game a while ago and found some secret stuff! listen all you peoples who have it!
1.Mega Bomb Drop-Play 400 Multiplayer Games* and go to the weapon screen. Make the Nalpalm Strike and the Air Strike theonly items on. Play one more multiplayer game. go to the weapon screen and it should have a new weapon! (This weapon is like Air Strike except they are Bombs that act like a Holy Hand Gernade) *After you complete 400 games you should hear an explosion. 2."Ultra Warfare" Stage-Complete all 1 Player Missions and do multiplayer mode for 20 Hours. You should hear an explosion after the 20 hours have been played. Ultra Warfare is a place that is from the original Worms Armageddon "squiggle" level and drops bombs and missiles almost every turn. ITS VErY HARD! FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS ONLY! Thats all i know so far. ill keep on updating if i get more stuff.

Summary: I don't got worms.
Review: I am a BIG fan of Worms II. So, I bought Worms: World Party to play with friends on our LAN, but I could not get the game to work. Figuring the CD was defective I bought a second CD, and encured the same errors.
I tried the game on two different platforms, Windows ME and Windows 98, but with no positive results.
When I tried to troubleshoot, and the website was terribly slow and not very helpful, their bulletin board wouldn't post the messages I'd try to write. And they didn't have an 800 number at customer support. Overall I had a very bad experiance with the game. I'm sure the game is fantastic, if you get the chance to play it.
So, if you get it to work great, but if you have tech problems, it's probably just best to return the CD before your time runs out.

Summary: Great if this is your only "Worms"
Review: I bought this game after playing the free Worms Armageddon Demo. I really enjoy the game and it runs great over our mutliplayer network, although I noticed that there was not much of a difference between this version and the earlier "Worms Armageddon" version. That being said, I would strongly recommend this game only if you do NOT have any previous versions of the Worms collection.
