Summary: This is a great game; you will love it.
Review: First off, let me start by saying that I love this game. Though I haven't beaten it yet, I am completely loving it so far. Secondly, I have never played either of the previous WarCraft games nor StarCraft or Brood War for that matter. I just started getting into the whole RTS genre by playing Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, which is very fun. And then a friend of mine showed me the game on a bootleg copy, which could do everything that the real game could except work on Battle.net. My friend immediately shoved me at his computer and told me to play. I did and now I'm addicted. Whether you know jack about WarCraft and/or StarCraft or not, get this game, you'll love it.

Summary: 1/2 and 1/2
Review: At first I was skeptical but there are a lot of new elements and thought provoking play. This game is half role-playing and half strategy. Over all very enjoyable. I was upset that my main hero in the campaign got reset when he turned evil. Seemed like a lot of wasted effort. Still though the Collector's edition is worth the extra funds if you are really into Warcraft.

Summary: Fairly good game
Review: I purchased Warcraft 3 the day it came out (as I did with al of Blizzard's other games) expecting it to be the best game of the summer... It was... everything was perfect exept for the lack of variety of trainable units. The ability to zoom and rotate the camera was a good feature, but pointless, because when zoomed the game becomes almost unplayable. My favorite part of the game is that the heroes can become more powerful and they can pick up items, the problem is that sine you can regenerate them, the comp in skirmish trains his heroes to lvl 10 and when you finally kill them, they just regenerate... You can't change the difficulty... Besides that, the game was very entertaining.

Summary: A great game by Blizzard
Review: Though WarcraftI or WarcraftII never called my attention, this latest game WarcraftIII is superb, the graphics are great, and the capabilities to screen in and out of the game is outstaning.

The story line was also good. I think this is agreat game.

Summary: Wooooo-hooooo!
Review:

Ever since John Romero's unholy release of Daikatana, games that have endless delays give me a sense of foreboding. However, I've never been disappointed by Blizzard, and they certainly delivered with this gem. This game beat my best expectations and continues to amaze me with its beautiful graphics, impressive storylines, and boundless imagination.

Oh yeah, the multiplayer is awesome, too.

While the Undead continue to gross me out, the Night Elves are an amazing addition to this game. They have a beautifully conceived and thought-out culture, art and history.

Adding a fouth race to top the RTS breakthrough of 3 races in Starcraft was quite a challenge, and I can forgive them for dropping the fifth race, considering how hard it is to balance forces in this game. Maybe their next release will have a fifth race.

The 3D ability in this game is unbelievably cool. The graphics are smooth as ice. The games load up quickly and I haven't seen anyone have a systems burp yet. Stability is a hallmark of Blizzard games. I would definitely buy this if you're an RTS fan.

Summary: Way too much addictive
Review: I've bought this game on day of release immediately. The day I bought it, I went to sleep at 2:00 AM, but I couldn't, I saw fire thrown at me, and my hero holding his hammer and killing others. You see, the thing is with this game is that is too much addictive. I mean way too much, the next day, I, slept at 4:00 AM, I just wanted to finish the damn level.
I like RTS that is fast paced, light, absorbing, but surely not addictive.

Summary: Bleah -- and then more bleah -- and then MORE bleah...
Review: Repetitive. Uninvolving. Moderately dated eye-candy. Save your money, go buy WC 2 on eBay for 10 bucks, or wait for this over-hyped lump to hit the bargain bins. I'm sorry to say I paid full price for nothing very remarkable, just Blizzard repeating the same old kill, build, kill build kill build routine that worked in all of their previous games. Gads, why do they even hire programmers? All they need is a graphics team to slap a new face on their repetitive formula for each new game and they could fire half their staff and end up with the same game. If you want a decent RPG, buy an RPG. If you wanted a better RTS, keep waiting.

Summary: great game, but too buggy
Review: ran the game on my Powerbook titanium and i found it to be buggy, crashed several times on me and for some strange reason, right after a difficult fight. game tends to go slow when there are lots of characters on screen. otherthan that, i like the idea of using a smaller team to on combat as this will require more thinking than suprioirity by numbers
