Summary: tons of fun
Review: I purchased several software packages, including this one, for my thirteen month old daughter. This is the only one that she is crazy about. She doesn't like the baby programs, but loves the toddler programs. Over the last two months, she has learned how to use the mouse (particularly with the painting program), she will say "bubbles" to go to the bubble castle, she imitates the animal sounds and she can even (sort of) manipulate between the programs. I highly recommend this software.

Review: I worked in a children's library and I saw so many children learn how to use a mouse from using this program. Two year olds grasped the concept of "when I move the mouse, I can make this happen" so quickly with the fun, fun, fun interactive games for toddlers. I now have a 2 year old of my own who has been able to play some of the games here for close to a year now. I have to agree with the amazon.com reviewer on everything but the fact that I think Rainbow Rock is the best part of the program. It is the best way for kids to learn, not their colors, but how to work the mouse as they move the "crayon" over the picture, coloring it in. When the picture is finished, a (mostly) catchy tune is played. My daughter loves this and so did every 2, 3, 4, and even 5 year old in the library who would use it. I highly recommned purchasing this software program for anyone with toddlers.

Summary: Software difficult to install.
Review: It would not run in MS Windows2000.
It would not run in Microsoft XP.
It would not run in Mac OS9.
There is a bare minimum of online support.
It RUNS in MS Windows 98 and fairly well at that on my old laptop. Just thought you'all might want to know.
ps-my son likes it when it runs.

Summary: Wonderful learning software for little ones!
Review: My 20-month old daughter became interested in the computer before she was a year old. With this program she is able to use the computer herself. The graphics are great; the program responds promptly to key strokes or mouse movements; and I love the printouts for her to color and discuss.I can always tell when my daughter wants to play on the computer, she grabs my hand and asks "Mat?" (as used in the baby version, Matty in the toddler version). She loves it!

Review: My son has a copy of this given to him by his cousin -- who also has a copy of this CD. We are purchasing this to give to another cousin! We definately like this CD. The graphics are enjoying to look at, and it is easy to use the mouse to play with or without clicking. Great introduction to the computer and mouse.

Summary: Great for learning how to use the mouse
Review: My son loves this software and has for about a year. He is only 2 1/2 and can use the mouse to navigate everywhere in this software. It doesn't require the child to "click" on anything, just hover the mouse to select items.

Summary: Wonderful beginning computer tool
Review: My son started using this game at 2 1/2 and we have found it to be a wonderful introduction to the computer. The games respond by simply moving the mouse (no clicking) and provides good simple directions of what to do. The instructions for parents are also very good, reminding parents to limit computer play time to small sessions and the importance of parental interaction. It has also proved to be a good confidence builder as he has mastered the mouse and can get through all the games on his own now.
