Review: I bought this product in June 2000 as part of an America Online promotion, and it does work as advertised. But as of June 2003 -- right, that's three years later -- I haven't received my promised rebate. Apologies, yes. Promises, yes. Rebate, no.

Summary: Buyer beware of all Language Force products
Review: I purchased this in Nov. 2000 (11 months ago) and mailed a $20 rebate request which I have never received. Language Force stopped the rebate center from issuing the rebates even though the center confirms my rebate request prior to the expiration date. LF has disconnected all customer service phone numbers, and the web site is unavailable. If you purchase this product with the intention of obtaining a rebate or getting support on any product, you are taking a big risk. I have never used the product because of the company's actions.
