Summary: Digital Media World
Review: I have seen this product and it is great. One great feature is Photo Story, where you can take your photos and add music, narration, and optional zoom and pan, or let the computer take over. There is Plus! Dancer which enables tiny people to dance on your desktop to music playing in your Windows Media Player. You have the option to choose many different dancers to dance many different dances. There is the Analog Recorder, which takes you old records and tapes, and makes them sound better, using the input on your sound card. There is the CD Label Maker, which tells what it does by it's name. There is Party Mode, which is a skin for Windows Media Player, which does not let guests access your files and applications, and they can control the music, and a built in guestbook which scrolls at the bottom of the screen. There are many other applications such as Plus! Converter and more Windows Media Player skins.

Summary: ignore the masses....
Review: For less than thirty bucks, you get a lot of software that Microsoft trusts to run on it's newest flagship. As to the themes, they are all very well done...and much better than you can find for free unless you are a diehard Britney fan.
The games are only demos, the kind most of us download to see if they are worth buying. Most of them, I wouldn't give a thought to buying. But! The demos are engaging beasts in their own right, and the two level bowling game saved my soul from many a conference call. It doesn't tske much more thought than elf bowling, so you can pay attention to the call while playing it.
The reason the magnificent Aquarium screen saver was not a full blown version is due to the FACT that the full version was not finished. I bought the full version, and believe me..it was not close to polished. It is now, but not back then.
For twenty-something dollars, it is a fun buy. And for those of you that decided to spend the money on a bit of software instead of upgrading... well, live and learn.

Summary: The Best OS in the Microsoft Home/Family line!
Review: XP is far and away the most stable OS in Microsoft's line of operating systems. I have used 95,98,and ME and XP in my opinion blows them all away. My system is running solid and seldom if ever (I can't remember any) has it crashed! So many ways to customize it to your own use and needs! Don't wait, buy it today and experience a whole new era in solid, dependable and productive computing.

Summary: Microsoft Plus! For XP
Review: Good Program! Added some life to my PC. Will help with my music downloads and gave me some more desktop themes. From what I heard from my family, it will help with other programs and on the internet.

Summary: Really like it, but disappointed in the feature limited...
Review: I really like MS Plus! for XP, but I'm a bit disappointed in the feature limited screensaver options.
The themes are nice, but they could be better, especially at this price.
I didn't really care for the fact that the Fishtank screensaver (which is beautiful!) is VERY limited. You have to PURCHASE a seperate program to be able to change anything with it. (Just to let you all know, we purchased the "upgrade", it's not worth it. It's still feature limited and occassionally closes itself if you pick more than 5 fish. Go figure. Website refuses to refund my money as well... Live and learn)
If you really like the Plus! programs, then it's worth it...

Summary: Poor...
Review: I am VERY dissappointed with this software. The fish tank screen saver is limited. The price for this software to its benefits was unjust and microsoft should be ashamed of themselves.

Summary: Much better products to spend money on...
Review: I bought this product simply because I wanted to give XP a facelift. I like none of the very few themes that ships with XP. I considered buying windowblinds ... but wanted something a little more MS endorsed. What a mistake.

There are only two really noticeable themes in this version: essentially the aqua ..., I mean, luna interface shaded green instead of blue and grayscale instead of blue. The new themes simply use these two new color shadings, plus the original blue, to make six or so listless and boring variations. The new screen savers are crude adaptations of Microsoft's "3D" set that shipped with NT many moons ago. They lack any refinement at all, such as antialiasing or better bitmapping. Leonardo's helicopter happily flies through all the textures without casting a shadow. ... Also included are a few screen savers that try very pathetically to simulate flowing or dripping water. Even on a high-end 3d graphics card, these are hopelessly lackluster or even the antithesis of eyecandy.

The one potential screen saver, SereneScreen's aquarium, *should* have made this Plus! collection worthwhile. Unfortunately, it's rather annoying stripped nagware that lacks the additional fish, wire frame mode, frame count, etc. And along these lines, most of the other worthwhile programs are merely crippled versions.

It's insulting that Microsoft would try to pass a collection of junk, demo programs, and Plus! ... versions as a complete product. ...

You'd be much better off picking the exact products your interested in and buying them individually from the original authors than you would this ... collection.

Summary: Back to the Drawing Board!
Review: I was very much disappointed by this product I was certainly hoping a product that would make Windows XP more spectacular but all I got was things that should be a part of the operating system anyway. The games are not full version, that's a major turn off, I was expecting more games too and some of them are memory hogs. Themes are great but could have gotten a little bit more for my money. What they should have done with this product was to include 10 categories of each feature, 10 games, 10 themes etc. Just to make the product at least seem worthy of the price you are paying, remember most of the features are not full versions, the fish tank for one is not a full version that hyperbowl thing is not full version. Media Player features are really not necessary and you need a lot of PC Horse Power for the voice recognition which I think needs better integration with the product itself. Overall most of the features in here you can find elsewhere online. The product price needs to be dropped also.

Summary: Don't waste your money!
Review: You get the game "Hyperbowl," Right? Wrong. You get to sample it. Basically you get 2 lanes...you have to buy the full version on line.

You get the aquarium screen saver, Right? Wrong. You get a sample of that too. If you want more than 3 fish, guess what? You have to buy the rest of the fish on line.

This entire package is nothing more than samples trying to get you to buy software online.

Don't waste your money on a teaser that should be free.

This is absolutely the worst software product I have ever bought.
