Review: I really like the detailed intructions for each pose that correspond to the picture. Then once I have mastered that pose, I am able to expand by using one of the many variations listed for most of the poses.

I have many yoga videos and this is much better because I can personalize it.

Summary: Great product!!! I use it at home and on the road.
Review: This is a great product, I love it!!! I use Great Poses when I want to work on specific areas e.g. my back, shoulders. It really helps me stretch out different body parts. I also use Great Poses when I want a milder practise session. When I want a 'work out', I go through one of the Ashtanga templates. This gets my heart rate up and is a great work out. I take it with me when I travel for work, so I don't need to cram all of my workouts in during the weekend. The instructions and pictures are clear, it's easy to use, very intuitive. Bravo!
