Review: Amorphium allows its users to manipulate basic shapes (sphere, cone, cylinder, and others) and turn them into stunning 3D graphics. This program is the electronic equivalent to molding clay. It is very easy to learn and comes with tutorials that will help you learn the program and its functions. If you're looking for a fun modeling program to play around with, then pick up Amorphium.

Review: Being new to the 3d rendering world I have found this to be a great product. Cheap and won't kill your wallet like others, Amorphium Pro 1.1 does a great job not only allowing you to easily create 3d modles, but allows for importing Bryce. I was always intersted in creating 3d mecha (as A Sci-fi buff) and Amphorium did not disappoint. Amorphium did allow me to get a foot of understanding of the complexety of 3D rendering, while further sparked my growing intrest in 3D rending. Another nice feature was it exports into Macromedia's Flash, and will tolerate other Marcromedia software.

However, the down side is only one book availabe to learn the program and the built in tutorials. Amphoriums website also contians some more walk throughs and I have had good luck there find links to others who could help.

Over all great product, but lack of support may hurt long term success.

Review: Being proficient at Photoshop and Illustrator for 4 years soon wasn't enough. I found the need to break into 3-D modeling. My first attempt was to teach myself 3D Studio Max. I know, I know: Good luck, buddy. I gave up. But by advice I purchased Amorphium Pro. It is great for beginners. Don't be fooled because you still have to practice at it and work your rear off to get better. But Amorphium is the best step for 3-D beginners. It is like modeling electronic clay. My best software purchase ever!

Review: Even if you are new to the 3d software Genre, this is really a good program to start on. It is the first program where I was really able to get good looking results. It helps if you are familiar with the layout of the average 2d graphics program, as the layout is somewhat similar. The layout of the interface is unlike any windows or mac software that I have seen, but that doesn't make it bad. I was able to learn the software and produce decent results within a few days. If you are a young, or aspiring 3d artist this is definitly one to consider; and the price certainly makes it more appealing than some choices.
