Summary: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY ON THIS PRODUCT!
Review: This is one piece of lousy software. There are bugs all over the place. However, my chief complaint is that it won't print correctly. What you see in print preview is NOT what you get. My biggest disappointment is with technical support. Basically, my problem was ignored and I received no help at all. I asked repeatedly if Broderbund would write a fix for my problem - my problem was never acknowledged or addressed. What little bit of feedback I did get was to suggest/indicate that I didn't know what I was doing and the problem was me. After going through all of their "suggestions/solutions" I was right back where I started and still didn't get my problem resolved. I was sent to their on-line solutions - which was not a solution. I finally gave up on technical support and on this software. I would really like a refund on this product, but will never get any satisfaction out of Broderbund. This is one of those cases in that you get what you paid for...not much!

Review: This is terrible software. I gave it two stars because it does edit photos and I needed that feature, but, overall I am very sorry that I spent my money before looking at these reviews.

The interface is AWFUL! For example, if you want to add a rectangle you would think you would just click on a rectangle tool and draw it. Nope! Instead you click on "Insert Shape", then you get a dialog box of possible shapes. You have to select the shape you want and the color in this dialog box. Then you click OK. Now you have a rectangle that you can reshape.

The Wizards are OK, but the designs are very lame and unprofessional. The system creates some integrated letterhead and business cards, but you wouldn't want to use them.

I bought this ... figuring, ...how much worse can it be than Microsoft Publisher 2000? Afterall, this isn't rocket science. The answer was MUCH worse!

Review: This review is based on the Broadband Version but the message seems to be the same: Don't waste your time and money on this product. I have had this product 3 days and plan to uninstall today.

All of the clipart has to be accessed from their website. This takes t-i-m-e. Then, the images for the thumbnails still may not be loaded onto your screen, leaving you hanging. The idea for this concept sounds good on paper, but needs a lot of work to become a reality. When I played with this at night, it was even worse as if the website was bogged down. At times the webpage could not be displayed; no graphics. If they are going to base an entire software product on accessing a website, you would think it would be much more professionally supported.

Also worth noting: there is a function where you can design a greeting card and send it to their website so that the recipient gets an email with the site link and they can view it as an e-card. Another idea that sounds good but isn't. I tried this (the only project I was able to complete) and the card was so different from what I sent that it was ridiculous. Entire text was missing, a music link was missing, and a personal photo was replaced with clipart of a palm tree (?).

I read the reviews here and against my instincts installed this product. I recommend looking elsewhere, especially when it comes to the broadband version of Print Shop 15 Deluxe.

Summary: Most unreliable SW I've used. Should rate 0 stars.
Review: We started with Printshop 11. We tried upgrading to 12 in the hopes it would fix some bugs and add features. It added features, but also added tons of bugs. Customer support knows nothing about the program either and has been useless. This doesn't work as advertised, doesn't print what shows on the screen, crashes very frequently, doesn't handle large projects (like calendars with lots of pictures), etc.
