Review: After reading some other reviews on this shower radio cd player, I just want to add, that the sound is so FEEBLE, you could place it next to a sleeping baby, turned on, volume set to maximum, and not worry about waking baby. Impossible to hear in the shower!!! I would have settled- if all I could hear was the treble, but this thing can barely muster a whisper. It's a joke. Don't buy it-
you will be stuck with a useless radio/cd player. Too bad, because it is a good idea- shop carefully.

Summary: In my opinion, a great value for the price!
Review: I bought this for my husband on a lark and was pleasantly surprised. It receives both AM and FM well, has a decent sound and is easy to use and set up. I think this is a great value for the price - the fog free mirror alone would cost $9.99 at some of those big box bath stores. Beware though, you may see an increase in your water bill!

Review: I bought this product because I have had Jensen products in the past and been pleased with them. This radio/cd player however, is JUNK! the maximum volume is very low and completely in-audible with the shower running. Even in a quiet room- the volume is barely above a whisper. So don't buy it - you will be very frusterated and have an essentially useless product on your hands.

Review: I couldn't find one cd that would not skip in this thing, and it wasn't even in the shower, it was on the steady toliet next to the shower. It was so tempermental. One day one song would skip, the next every other song would skip, and that was using the same cd!! Yes, the sound was horrible, but I could deal with that if I could just listen to a song on the way through!

Review: I expected much better sound quality from this product. I can't give a fair review of the rest of its features because as soon as I heard a CD played I packed the thing back up for a refund. My husband bought this to replace the larger radio we currently use hoping to save space in the bathroom. In my opinion it simply isn't worth purchasing if you actually want music to sound GOOD...but what can you expect from $40?

Review: I was leary of purchasing this after reading the reviews, but I saw it at my local Target and figured I'd just return it if it really was that bad. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised that all of the gripes I read about weren't present in my radio. The mirror doesn't really fog at all, you can clearly see everything in it. Also the dials are not completely smooth, they have four "points" on them where you can easily turn them, no matter how wet you are. The CD player has also worked fine so far as well. The only problems I have with it is that it is kind of bulky as stated earlier and there's that feeling of "what if it slips off the shower head onto my head", and the sound isn't all that great. All treble, no bass, but I wasn't really expecting surround sound outta this or anything. For the price, i would recommend it.

Summary: Can't get wet??? But it's for the shower...
Review: I was very disappointed with this little set up. I thought it would be cool to be able to listen to CDs in the shower, but not possible with this system. The CD door doesn't appear to be water tight. (at least my wasn't) The knobs are difficult to turn when they are wet. It is a little bulky too. I ended up returning this because it stopped displaying the radio stations within a month or so. I'd keep looking...

If you are like me, though, you either just want to hear music in the shower or bath or you are trying to be considerate to anyone who can hear you sing. I get good reception from the radio and get many channels. My cds play fine, the mirror doesn't fog and the clock helps me keep track of time. You can't adjust the settings (such as treble and bass), but for crying out loud, it's a CD player/radio for your shower...how good does it have to be? I am thrilled with the performance of this product and would recommend it to anyone that wants a little music in their lives (or more specifically, their showers)!
