Review: Absolutely incredible! My 8 year old sat at the computer for hours "touring" Jerusalem and viewing the animations. Ilumina brings the Bible to 'life' right on your screen. Using the New Living Translation combined with computer animation, the user feels as if they are literally standing and watching the action take place. The Bible study tools are numerous, giving the user many resources to pull from before pulling a commentary off the wall. As a christian Educator, I highly recommend this software become a part of your library.

Summary: Incredible Software at an Incredible Price
Review: I am always skeptical to buy the first version of any new software product, but I was truly blown away by this product. It is as comprehensive as I have ever seen and the user interface is fun and easy to use. Not only are the computer animations terrific (my kids especially love them), I have found the ability to search and cross reference and look up encyclopedia articles of great value. In just three weeks of using this product, I feel it has really helped me get a better understanding of the greatest book ever written. I have never seen a software product that was so well suited for 4 year olds through 70 year olds - there really is something for everyone here. Strongly recommend this as a gift for christmas.

Review: I have found the iLumina Gold Bible and encyclopedia software to be incredibly helpful in my Bible study. If there is something that I need more information on, it is immediately available at the click of the mouse. The "My Study Center" search brings all the related Scripture, articles, animation, photos and maps right to me. The virtual tours put you right in the place and time, and are truly incredible to watch. I've recommended iLumina Gold to my group leader because so much valuable material can be cut and pasted for handouts and presentations.

Summary: Beautiful interface, occasional errors in information
Review: I have run across a few factual errors, here is an exaple: I was going through the time line, and found that it says that John the apostle died in 6 BC, which is about a hundred years before he really died. I contacted the company, and they said that would be corrected in version 2. The movie viewer, if you select full screen, it will revert back to small screen, after a while.

Summary: An unbelievable value
Review: I installed my copy of Ilumina this past weekend (without any problems !!) and I still cannot believe what a great value this program is. From the animated scriptures to the virtual tours to the encyclopedia this program is by far the most useful Biblical product on the market. I was at my computer for 4 hours after I installed the product and I am still learning all the different features available. Great job to the creators of the product and I look forward to future releases !!

Summary: Eye opener
Review: I went to Best Buy and got all they had on the self. a week later they had restocked, this is very good. By word by mouth many will be saved through Jesus Christ our Lord. The teachings in this sofeware is unbelievaeble. I study every morning noon and night. ILumina' and Left Behind is now on all my children computers. I gave my Paster one and he takes the teachings deeper where even a fool can understand what God is saying to his people. I am taking it to our church book store for display of sales. I know it will help all who seek. I was DEAF two years ago, through my faith the Lord our God has healed me. now I hear GOD is real, the Bible is Truth and ILumina' tells the story. Thank You Jesus for Tyndale and all the people who took part in making the Bible come alive.
