Summary: Great game!
Review: This game installed easy and the dashboard fit right on our keyboard with no problems. My little boy (2.5 years old) was able to run it after only a small amount of practice and has since learned how to use the mouse also. The games are slow moving with plenty of simple directions given by Tonka Joe.

He loves this software and would probably be on it all day if I let him. This is truly an excellent value and a great toy!

Summary: More fun than stickin' boogers on the wall.
Review: I had passed on this great little product last christmas in favor of other toys and honestly I can't figure out why. Not a single toy has entertained nor educated my boy as much as Tonka Dig N Rigs. From working with colors, to patterns, counting, to simply following directions, this toy/game/software commands his attention the way only big trucks can.

Be warned though, don't try this with anything but a VERY standard keyboard. It may even be worth the time and money to go and pick up a $5 keyboard that the playset will fit on. Sorry Macintosh's are not included :(

Some after market keyboards can still make use of the playset for the Macintosh though, so grab you closest racing game and program in the keys to use the playset. It is a blast (for your 3 year old) after a hard days work of moving dirt and smashing buildings to hop in the Porche (Test Drive 6) and take a nice relaxing trip through the midwest.

Summary: Buyer Beware!
Review: We love this game....when it works. The graphics are great and Tonka Joe is a nice addition to help kids navigate through all the different tasks. I have tried this game on three different computers I own; a generic, a Gateway, and a brand new Dell. I have also tried this game under three different o/s; Win 95, 98se, and XP. It has never worked well on any of them. You are more likely to arrange a meeting with the Pope on Easter than you are to reach any customer support people that are helpful. My son shed tears three different times while trying to get this game to work. I have spent untold hours trying different tactics and downloading updates to run this game error free. I have requested a new cd three times only to be told to try some other fix first. Unfortunately, we have the controls for the game, but no game. We have put the controls and the cd to good use. My son likes to pretend he is playing the game with the controls, and the cd has become our new indoor frisbee.

Summary: Grandson's favorite
Review: I have two grandsons........one is four and the other is one. Actually both are delighted with this easy to operate construction keyboard. And Grandma was truly thrilled with its easy installation! Even the one year old loves to blow the construction whistle and turn the steering wheel. This is a great activity that improves eye hand coordination and subtly teaches colors, how to follow instructions and left from right. It is now the most popular "Grandma" purchase that I have made for my two grandsons.

Summary: Customer Service...
Review: I suppose the Tonka Dig'n Rigs game might be good if our disk would have worked properly. As it is, our disk appears to be defective and it has been a continuing nightmare trying to contact anyone at "Hasbro Interactive" to get any service (and this is while it is still under warranty). First they don't have an 800 number, and then, while you are racking up long distance charges you get to sit through an endless amount of automative messages. I would say just pray that you don't have a problem with the product as the customer service [STINKS]!

Summary: Tonka Digs and Rigs
Review: Highly, highly recommended for anyone with small children. FUN,FUN,FUN. I bought this in 2000 for my then 2 year old son and he still LOVES it. He asks to play with "Tonka Joe". Just attach to keyboard and he's on his way. Taught him basic computer skills, the difference between left and right turns and following directions. Learns at his own pace without having me have to sit with him the entire time. It builds his confidence after he finishes the job. He now calls himself Tonka Joe and is teaching his 2 year old sister, who loves going to the "struction" site as well. Was not surprised at all to see this on Amazons Top Seller list.

Summary: Ingenious
Review: My 3 year old son absolutely loves this game. It took him a couple of weeks to understand how the different levers work the trucks, but he loves to be a "twok diver". Very clever. With all the different trucks and scenes available, he does not get bored too easily.

Summary: ITS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: My 2 1/2 year old son loves this game! He spends sometimes hours on it! Its so easy for him to manuever, did not take long for him to figure out the controls! He even knows how to print pictures!

Summary: Can't get him off of it.
Review: Greatest thing for my 4-year old. Plays all the time. It has helped teach him how to use a mouse to load the program.
