Summary: cute, but it could be better...
Review: "Lilo & Stitch Hawaiian Adventure" is a collection of games inspired by Disney's sweet animated movie. Although Disney recomends the game for kids ages 4-7, I think some well beyond maybe beyond age 20 will find this tricky. A game at the Luau, for example, took me several tries before I finally won it at the hard level. In it, players have to feed customers, give customers checks, keep Jumba & Pleakley away from Stitch, and keep Stitch calm. Take my word for it, it's not easy. Another game where players clean Lilo's house is frustrating even on the "easy" level. I still havn't won this one on the hard level. The best game is one where players help Stitch build alien buildings at a weird looking construction site. It plays like an arcade game, so it's pretty replay friendly. Also, the animation of Stitch in this game is REALLY cute.

One of my main problems with "Lilo & Stitch Hawaiian Adventure" is the game's finale. Inspired by the film's way cool space chase, players have to help Stitch rescue Lilo from Gantu. While the first part of this game is fun and tricky, the two levels that follow are too easy and slow. That's disapointing seeing how this was a great idea for an arcade game.

Another problem: I don't think Cobra Bubbles should be hosting most of the games here. Why does Lilo only host one of the games? Why don't Jumba and Pleakley host more of them? I mean, Cobra Bubbles probably isn't the favorite charactor from the film of too many kids, you know.

Yes, it's true Disney has made better games than this, but this isn't bad. It's pretty cute, there are some hard games, and the construction game rocks. ALOHA!

Review: As a parent, I am so pleased that Disney Interactive continues to put outstanding family titles in the stores-and this one is no exception! With all of the violent and inhuman games out there, it is refresing to know that I can buy a product that is safe for my children-and also clever, and beautifully created!

The graphics are beautiful-just like in the movie. The game play is fun and Stitch is just a huge hit in my house! My kids will surely play this one over and over.

The people at Disney Interactive know how to make good family games-thanks Disney!

Summary: Don't Bother with this one
Review: I bought this game for my 3 1/2 year old. She plays all kinds of games from Pajama Sam (our favorite) to Quake III (without the bad guys) and Dinosaur 3D adventure. She tried it for 20 minutes and has never asked to play it again. For some of that time I "helped" her. It turns out that I wasn't much help. The game play is poor. It's either extremely easy or very difficult to finish the games. The instructions are done in voices from the movie, using alot of slang and words which young people would not understand. There are also several problems where it becomes impossible to finish due to programming errors. The frustrating thing is that you can't move on to the next section unless you complete the previous sections (some of them have to be completed 3 times!!)

The bottom line...this game was not designed well, period. It was also not tested well. With so many other GREAT games out there, I would never recommend this one. Disney should be ashamed to be associated with this product.

Summary: Not Enjoyable!
Review: I purchased this game and was very disappointed. I can usually count on Disney for quality but either the games are too hard or to simple. My kids own almost every Disney game for the computer and this one has to be one of the worst. We loved the movie but the game just isn't worth the money.

Summary: Not Disney's fault
Review: Okay, so this game can be a littl hard, and sometimes a little annoying. But it is not Disney's fault if a game doesn't live up to the movie. For one thing, Disney doesn't even make the games themselves, They have a supporting company make them. I read a couple of reviews saying that 4-5 year olds have gotten frustrated with the game. Let me tell you something, If a child gets frustrated with something, don't just sit there and let them get frustrated. Help them out a bit, even if it may be hard for you too. I babysit a 5 year old that gets frustrated with this game, but she keeps trying, and doesn't give up. I understand not all kids are like this. They like to have fun when they're on the computer, and they don't want any challenges. If this is the case, then maybe they should stick with learning games, and not try to play action/adventure games until they get old enough to understand what they have to do in the game.
Anyway, I give this game a 3 rating. It is a decent challenge, but not recommended for kids under 5, unless they have an adult by thier side to help.

Summary: Lilo & Stitch
Review: Our 4 1/2 year old loves it but it has some difficult parts even in the easy. I still cann't pass the "clean the room" part even on the easy level. She gets fustrated at times but it also keeps her entertained. The diner is challenging and although she always looses along the way she is very entertained. I like it because some games are hard and others are good for her now so I think she will grow with it. With 7 games it is easy to switch from game to game by clicking a shell so you don't have to stay at one game until you pass. My husband likes playing the hard parts and sometimes won't give it back to her (smile!).

Summary: Bad
Review: Save your money, this game is bad. Even my 5 year old said she didn't like it. Some parts were too hard, some parts were stupidly easy/boring. Mr. Bubbles voice over gets really really old. He talks so slow and deep and you gotta sit though it to figure out what to do next. Honestly, I would be embarassed if my name was on this box.

Review: Thank you Disney Interactive, for continuing to put out quality family games. It is so difficult to find decent games for my family, but Lilo and Stitch is a big hit in my house. The games were fun, the art was beautiful and the characters were exactly like in the movie-helping us remember our favorite moments in the movie.

In this day when it is so hard to find any games that are safe and fun, Disney continues to come up with clever and family-oriented games for everyone.

Thanks Disney Interactive!
