Rating: Summary: Pajama Sam rules Review: My children have loved Pajama Sam for years. They're now 7,8, and 10 and they're still interested in getting the latest versions. Pajama Sam proves that kids can enjoy games without guns and violence. He's cute, he's hip, and he's funny. My favorite thing about this game is that it all takes place inside Pajama Sam's closet, and it's a mess - dirty socks and all.
Rating: Summary: Worth the Money! Review: My daughters ages 3 & 4 love this game...but was a little hard to get started on it without help from Mom. I would assume 5 yr olds would need a little help too but could probably do better. This game builds memory skills-and kids love it! My kids love all of their Humongous/Infogrames games! They could play all night if we'd let them! The game is educational-but don't tell your kids, cuz they won't know it! Wonderful - challenging - educational - fun...all in one!! ... Thank you!
Rating: Summary: Outstanding game! Review: My four year old loves this game! He's still a little young to figure it all out by himself, but with aome help from mom or dad he does just fine. The very best thing about this game is the way it changes from one playing to the next. You should have seen the look on my son's face the first time he saw a tunnel in the mine that wasn't there the first time he played it.I'm giving this five stars because it deserves it, but also to help balance out the one star review...
Rating: Summary: Great Game Review: My kids love playing this game. They have played it through at least 3 times, sometimes alone and sometimes together or with friends. Even my husband and I have to admit that we loved playing it with the kids. It is so innocent--Pajama Sam is such a nice character. It is interesting and funny for the kids and has some cute references that my husband and I "got" but the kids did not. I find myself buying this game, and the related Spy Fox & Freddi Fish games, over and over again as birthday gifts for my kids' friends. I strongly recommend this game.
Rating: Summary: A terrific game...Kids will love it. Review: My two girls, age 3 1/2 and 6 yrs. old, have both played this game. My 6 yr. old definitely LOVES it. My 3 1/2 yr. old likes it too, although she had a bit of trouble with some of the problem solving. With a little help from her dad or myself, she was able to solve the problem easily. However, because of this, I would recommend it for ages 5 and up. It is a fun game for both boys and girls. It utilizes problem solving and memorization in the fact that Pajama Sam has to search for his lost Pajama Sam items (i.e.- lunch box, flash light, etc.) before he can go and capture "darkness". During the course of finding his lost items, there are other "problems" he must solve. Such as, finding a way into the cabin in order to get his flash light that he has discovered inside. This game is very enjoyable and fun. I have played it myself and gotten a kick out of it! I would definitely recommend this game!
Rating: Summary: Smart! Review: One of our first computer games. My son was hooked! It is very smart, really flexes the kids' brain muscles. My son could beat it, and I couldn't. We're getting more from this series.
Rating: Summary: very nice Review: Pajama Sam is a fun character, my 6 year old boy loved him from the start. The adventure is well thought out, and changes a little each timew you play. I played it the first time with him and I thought it was very challenging, but fun. It has extra games too, more like arcade style.
Rating: Summary: Pajama Sam rules Review: Pajama Sam seems to get more credit than it deserves. Yes your child will probably like it, play it, and learn a lot of problem solving strategies from it but itfs not the best. I gave it five stars but it's missing something. It doesn't have the simple beauty that some educational programs have (like Ollo and Clifford do). It's a little bit cluttered and chaotic. Don't get me wrong, it's better than most of the games out there but I think it's overrated. Its defects are probably due to it being one of the older programs out there.
