Summary: Perfect Choice For Middle Segment Business
Review: Accware is a perfect choice for middle sized businesses.I wanted to purchase a new software that would save me the trouble of co-ordinating with different softwares that I had to use for my Computer shop, be it accounting or shipping or POS. Accware is a complete software that has saved me a lot of headache!.

Review: After using a number of accounting softwares that either my business would outgrow after some time or that would come in many modules, I was simply delighted to have accware.To say that it can cope up with my business needs would be an understatement!.I have been using it for quite a while now and by this time, as my previous experiences go, i would have changed to atleast three software packages, but accware is quite scalable to handle my growing business needs.Feels great to have such a fabulous product.

I just purchased a copy of this on eBay, and yes, it is a lot of work setting up software this powerful to run your business. But in the long run, I would say it has DEFINITELY been worth it!

Ignore the "ignorant masses", and try the evaluation version to see if Accware will work for you.

Summary: complete, true business automation software
Review: I have been using Accware Integrated for past 2 years. The way it has improved over this time is really great. A great feature of this software is that it is non-modular and provides me with a seamless business integration system that has been integral for making profitable business decisions. I would say it's a perfect software for small to mid-sized businesses, especially for a computer retailer or for a electronic component retailer. It is not a mere Accounting package as it truly integrates all the business processes. The automated entries that are created from the various front-end screens such as invoicing are unmatched in any comparably priced system. The payroll system is one of the easiest to use that I have seen. Accware Integrated uses a true general ledger system of accounting. The software can keep up with the growth of the business, a feature that lacks in many other accounting packages.
I have always found their support helpful if you know the right questions to ask and have never had trouble registering the software!
If you want a true accounting system for your business and you know accounting or have access to an accountant or consultant to help you set it up and get started it is unequaled

Summary: A Mini-ERP for my business
Review: I have worked with a number of softwares that claimed to make my business processes a breeze, but none could really do it. Either they were too small packages that couldnt handle it or too expensive ones crammed with features that I wouldnt need.
So when I heard a friend telling how fabulous a software called Accware was, I decided to give it a try, and thats one decision I am quite happy about.It has a number of excellent features but the one that I found indespesible is the way it handles RMAs.
I think its less of an accounting software and more of a mini-ERP.

Summary: Thumbs up!!
Review: I never new a software product like this could exist. This product completely connected my whole business together.

I looked for ever and in the past used Peachtree for Accounting, Excel and Word for making sales quotes, kept another excel spreadsheet for tracking my serial numbers, had no idea on RMA's, forcasting my sales, figuring out what my customers wanted, and Accounting was a nightmare.

With Accware that all changed as from the time a customer calls me with interest in my product line, I simply create a quote and fax it out right from the program, then if they approve, I convert the quote to an order. When I ship I assign the serial numbers easily, and Invoice. Immediately accounting entries are created and my inventory is deducted. Accware even allows me to print my own bar codes.

It also allows customers to make their own purchases online also using one of the many different templates, in this scenario the sales order is automatically created along with the customer in Accware's back end!

I found myself doing more volume and hired purchasing person and a bookeeper to keep things more efficient, I guess that's the price of doing good business. :-)

Summary: Top Accounting Product and it runs my website!
Review: I purchased this product based on what the brochure and their website showed. I have been working w/ Qbooks and found I could not control my business. Accware helps me run the website and take care of the orders and my books at the same time.

Over all a GREAT pakage.

Summary: Software Geared for Big Companies
Review: I would not recommend Accware's Integrated Business Software to small business owners. The software does not come with a manual which explains how to install and operate it (the manuals are extra and cost more the software itself). The other alternative, is to purchase expensive on site training or rely on their technical support, which only lasts for 30 days after you initially install the software (after which it becomes cost prohibitive). My advice is to spend your money on Quicken's Quickbooks or Microsoft Money for Business, each of these programs is far easier to use and less expensive to operate.
