Rating: Summary: Too little time; too many phone numbers Review: If you are upgrading ACT! then you already know it's potential. However, it doesn't do any good sitting on your computer with a stack of business cards inside your top drawer. Get all of those phone #'s onto ACT!, including your frequent flyer program. I have a small business so it's vital to me. I mean, my contacts are the value of my business. I think ACT! is easy to use and Outlook is ugly and hard to use. I modified some of the information I wanted to keep track of and changed the color scheme so it looks great. It works automatically with my Palm Pilot and my cell phone so I have contact info in my car. And Christmas cards are finally a piece of cake.
