Review: Contains 35 well designed spreadsheets for every possible aspect of operations management, including forecasting and trend analysis, inventory (it does EOQ), MRP (BOM, gross and net requirements, order scheduling analysis), planning (workforce and inventory level optimization), scheduling, queuing analysis and QC. Note that the queuing analysis spreadsheet is for single queue analysis, but you can have more than one server.

Then time it takes to develop one of the more complex spreadsheets, such as the one for acceptance sampling, will provide at least a breakeven against the cost of this collection of tools. Well worth the investment!
