Audience
The intended audience for this course are Project or Office Managers, Secretarial, Web Designer-Developers, System Administrators, and Database Administrators. Learners will need a basic knowledge of either Microsoft Office 97 or 2000 programs and be familiar with Windows 9X or later operating system(s).
