With FormIDEA, you can work directly in Excel to collect and transfer data from scanned or faxed paper forms into Excel workbooks. Check boxes and bar code symbols can be read automatically by a built-in OMR and bar code recognition engine. You can also define data capture rules using FormIDEA and Excel data validation features to further enhance data entry accuracy. In addition, FormIDEA provides a programmable Visual Basic interface, through which you can easily integrate FormIDEA with Excel or other Microsoft Office components to build your custom solutions, such as automated data collection and analysis for surveys, evaluations, examinations, and assessments.
