TimeWolf Plus is divided into the manager module and an employee bar code scanner with system monitor. The TimeWolf Plus package includes 10 precoded plastic employee cards and a bar code scanner that workers use to enter their work time. Optionally, employees can be identified by voiceprint on a random or continual basis. The management module is used to access and edit collected work data, print reports, and set up the system for use. TimeWolf allows flexibility for intricate company configuration while maintaining simplicity for those businesses with less complex needs. You can set up separate policies for different groups of employees and in a variety of ways: Calculate overtime by week, day, or both. Approve overtime automatically, or require a manager to approve it manually. Accrue vacation time, sick days, and other accrued time based on actual worked hours, or use other methods. Automatically insert specified paid holidays. Add an unlimited number of departments. Switch employees among departments as job duties change. Add an unlimited number of employees. "Enroll" employees through a two-minute process where a "voiceprint" is recorded. Set security access to all, part, or none of the programs features. Assign a default policy. Change, insert, or delete employees' time card activities. View and edit accrued time. Have a choice in how work time is rounded. TimeWolf has a simple-to-use scheduling interface that allows you to quickly enter employee schedules. This gives TimeWolf the ability to compare actual worked time and identify those employees who are late, early, or on time, or who have punches that are missed or unscheduled. TimeWolf also provides a means to "self-correct" a missed punch if an employee forgets to clock in or out. TimeWolf can generate numerous reports and graphs: Find out total hours by department or employee, which employees work a specified amount of time, where employees are working, or which employees unsuccessfully attempted to log on. Export data to popular accounting packages and payroll services including PeachTree QuickBooks Pro, Sage Business Works, Doeren Mayhew, Great Plains, ACCPAC for Windows, Easy Pay, Pro Tyme, Paychex, ADP for Windows. A variety of customized interfaces also is available. An automatic backup creates a copy of all primary data files at scheduled intervals.
