Summary: The perfect tool for strengthening your job search
Review: This program helped me turn my resume around 200 percent. It helps you use strong, descriptive words that will give you an edge when submitting resumes in this tough job market.
The wizard walks you through answering questions, then you tell it what kind of resume you need. After it is put together, you can scroll through different styles of resumes and watch them change in front of your eyes.
Plus, there are great video interviewing hints and tips.
Also included in a job search engine that hooks into many Internet job banks. You can search through the program and find jobs from 20 or more places by just doing one search.
I love it!!!

Summary: Resume Maker Deluxe is Flawed
Review: This program promises a lot of power....and if you can keep it running, it delivers.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use. It's loaded with predefined phrases and action-words that make the process of creating a resume really helpful. It also includes job descriptions for nearly every job you can think of. This is an especially nice touch if you're considering changing careers and you want to fine-tune your resume with all the right buzzwords.

I've been keeping my resume up to date in MS Word, but I decided to use Resume Maker Deluxe to update it. It's easy to paste your existing resume into Resume Maker and use that as a starting point. I added some action words and some new phrasing and had a nicely updated resume.

The problem is, the program CRASHES A LOT!! I'm running Windows XP. I have a powerful and stable computer. Resume Maker Deluxe is my only program that routinely crashes, or quits with no warning. If you're patient and willing to put up with lousy stability this program is worth considering.

Summary: Horrible, don't order it and Espeacially! don't download it!
Review: This software is horrible! do not order, or download it. I work in a IT dept. I am around PC's all day. This software is buggy, and it doesn't really do much. I could make a better resume in Microsoft Word much easier and faster, don't waste your time.

Summary: Outstanding!
Review: When I first graduated, a recruiter from a prominent placement firm in my area recommended ResumeMaker. I successfully found a position with the resume I developed using that program. Recently, I found myself seeking a new position and needed to update my resume. The latest and greatest version of ResumeMaker helped me develop an attractive and impressive resume. I was able to customize resume styles to suit various industries, and easily tailor my presentation to specific employers and recruiters. One recruiter confided that she regularly recommends changes to resumes and cover letters, but she suggested no changes to the resume I created with ResumeMaker! I used the scheduling feature to note when I had submitted a resume, plan follow-up calls, schedule interviews, and be reminded to send thank you letters after interviews.
Thanks ResumeMaker for helping me (again) to find a great job!
