Rating: Summary: Pillaged by a Viking Review: I also purchased a 256MB Viking memory stick. It came fast, well packed, but with NO manual/instructions and it certainly didn't even resemble the product illustrated on the website. The technical support I received from Viking was substandard and I also have sent the product back.
Rating: Summary: Viking Flash Drive Review: I am very disappouinted in your offering.
The item which arrived did not look anything like what was depjicted in the ad.
You really should make sure the items match.
Amazon.com should be above any inference of "bait and switch".
Thanks.

Rating: Summary: Buyer beware Review: I purchased this product the beginning of Decemeber to give as a gift. When it came it was entirely different from what was pictured on the website. I complained and they sent me a replacement and that too was incorrect. The information on the site is incorrect and misleading. Buyer beware.
Rating: Summary: Item does not match picture Review: The item does not match the picture. Instead, the item is a boxy device with an octagonal shaped plastic outer structure that is smoky ink colored. Not nearly as cool looking as the one in the picture. This one goes back.
Rating: Summary: Can't get Windows 98 driver to work? Review: Worked great when I tried it on Windows XP and on Windows 2000, with no driver software. But can't get it working on Windows 98. Downloaded driver file "usb2_drive_98.zip" from VikingComponents.com, unzipped into folder, pointed Windows "new hardware found" wizard there, says "did not find" the right driver there. BTW, the .inf file says "Lexar" all over it and is dated Dec. 2002. (Tried a newer driver from Lexar, that didn't work either.)
