Summary: Mind@Work Out of Business
Review: I have a MindStor unit, it quit working after two months, went to get it repair and found the company went out of business in early Feb 03. Nowhere to get accessories, replacement parts, or waranty service.

Summary: Do any of them work?
Review: My first one died after 1 week. The second one died after 1 day. Trying to get my money back from seller. Verified that it is not user error and is in fact faulty harddrive.

Summary: Mind@Work Out of Business
Review: This is an extremely valuable piece of equipment in my day pack. A full 256mb CF card will download to the unit in about 3 minutes, so keep shooting with another card while the unit downloads the full one.

The unit is simple to use, and I haven't had any hardware problems previously reported. On a recent weekend I shot 850 street images, a total of just over 1.5gb of data. A long, heavy day in the city. Battery still indicated 3/4 full charge.

Compare the cost per megabyte of this unit versus CF cards and having one of these is a no-brainer.
