Summary: A medium-sized, speedy drive at a great price
Review: This is a very good drive all-around from Western Digital. It is fast, has a good capacity, and very good reliability. Western Digital's customer service is pretty good, and wil not hassle you should the worst ever happen. While it is incredibly unlikely that the drive will ever fail, it's like life-insurance: it's a great peace-of-mind. The only caveat is that this drive is not incredibly quiet like the similar IBM/Maxtor hard drives. It is a little bit louder, and noticeably so, but it isn't as loud as some of the very noisy drives on the market. If you're looking around for a good hard drive, this is a great contender. Another good one from the WD!
