Review: I can't say enough about this product I used to have to bring my work laptop home every night now I keep all of my files on the Storix portable drive and don't have to worry about synching documents up between my home pc and work pc... Very durable I have dropped on accident several times and keeps on ticking...

Summary: Perfect solution to sychronizing & backing up files
Review: The Storix Compact Drive is the ideal solution for keeping files synchronized between multiple computers. Approximately the size of a deck of cards (only thinner, I have used mine for approximately a year now and have had no problems. I use it on what ever computer I am using and consequently, I do not have to make, maintain or synchronize multiple copies of my work. I simply "eject" the drive, unplug it and put it in my briefcase. It requires no external power supply in most cases. It's like taking your hard drive with you. I always have ALL of my files including my email. It's compatible with both USB 2.0 and 1.1 specifications although it is a little slow when backing up large amounts of data on a 1.1 USB interface. In fact I am purchasing a second one to use as a backup storage medium. The only drawback may be with some computer systems (especially laptops) that do not have a lot of reserve power capability via the USB interface. A separate power supply (brick) may be needed.
