Summary: A ripoff and an unreliable piece of junk!
Review: Don't believe the hype that this item is Mac compatable. After carefully following the mfr's installation and operation instructions to the letter, the item suddenly disappeared from the desktop. It won't mount on MacOS 10.3.5 nor on MacOS 9.2.2. Nor will it be recognized by the Disk Utilities included with these MacOSs and Symmantec/Norton SystemWorks.This external drive is a ripoff and an unreliable piece of junk.
