Review: The Yamaha CRW8824FXZ was very easy to install. Although the owner's manual only certifies a couple of firewire boards, I was able to connect mine to a built-in Sony firewire (OCHI compliant) system without any problems. The Adaptec software (Easy CD Creator 4) that is included with the system is also very easy to install and to use. If using on a PC, make sure you upgrade to Windows 98 Second Edition.
