Review: I certainly can't tell you, because it arrived DOA and th3e seller said he would obtain an RMA from the manufacturer, meaning I would have to pay ANOTHER shipping charge and wait god knows how long, if I'd send him the serial #. I sent it to him and never heard from him again. This was my FIRST and LAST time ordering ANYTHING from Amazon.com!!!

Summary: Great for microsoft and windows alike
Review: This hasent failed sence i got it, a couple of months ago. The DVD works wonderfully, and the cd burner has (in my tests) 98% scucessfull burnes (on first try). Great included, cant say for tech support, didnt need it. Included directions are good, and it includes a IDE ribbon cable just in case. :) :) :) :) :)

Review: this thing probably works great, except some idiot packaged the wrong software with it. they sent me the power dvd software for SONY instead of SAMSUNG. why does this always happen to me??
