Summary: A good, quick drive.
Review: I bought this drive mainly due to it price and because I ran into someone at Best Buy who had one and highly recommended it. This is my first cd burner so take my accolades with a grain of salt. The install was perfectly painless, the drive went in and was recognized right away as a cd rom, then I simply inserted the software disk into the drive and loaded up the drivers/software and was busy backing up my files in less than 15 minutes time. The total time to get running was about 20 minutes including getting it out of the box! The drive came with a blank CDRW and a blank CDR, both of which work fine. The software that comes with it allows you to use the cdr like a giant floppy disk. When you eject the disk you can either format the disk to be read by other (standard) cd roms or keep it in the Iomega format which will allow you to write more data to it at a later time. Overall it functions seamlessly and quick, all I needed.

Review: The burner is a great product. Would recomend it anyone who desires this kind of product. Installation was a snap. I Omega's support people are the greatest. Unlike so many other products one gets to speak with a real person. No long waits either.

Review: Well I feel this is a great deal. It's a fast burner and reliable too. Iomega always makes great products. I've had no problems with this drive and the software bundle is nice too.
