Review: Buyer beware must be Pacific Digital's mantra. The USB 2.0 dvd burner I bought from them died in under six months. The burner, a lite-on, was fine it was their enclosure that failed. Their customer service was horrendous as was the shipping that I was forced to pay to receive replacement parts, which still have not arrived. If you are looking for a product that will give you reliable service and lasting performance STAY AWAY from pacific digital!!!!

Review: I was skeptical when I chose this one, since it was milti-format, and could get for only 100 bones, but it works great! I have had mine for a couple of months now, and I have burned a LOT of DVD's with it. Works great, I would recomend this to all who need a reliable DVD burner, that doesn't degrade the post burn picture.

Review: This was one of my worst purchaSES ever. Broke after second DVD burned... Really slow, hard to install, not worth more than $25... I recomend an actual electronics store...Pacific is an AWFUL brand
