Summary: Drive did not work and no support
Review: I bought this drive from an online retailer when I built my own computer. The drive doesn't work even after upgrading the firmware and software. I've tried everything with no luck.

I have had the drive since January and have been unable to get any support from the company. I've heard this complaint from other purchasers of this drive on the retailers website.

You are better off buying from a reputable company with proven customer support!!!!
