Summary: Question - How does the top of these DVDs look like?
Review: Are the top of these DVD's all Silver without the Memorex logo or is the Memorex logo on it? Also, can you write on top of the DVD's with a Sharpie pen?

Summary: Best Bang for your buck
Review: At $99 for a 100 spindle it may not be the best price BUT get this; They burn at 8x flawlessly for me using a generic 8X dvd burner meaning that it will work with plextor, optorite, kypermedia, lite on, and most others at 8x, they are amazing for printing on with my epson r300, with no smudging. They are identified as RICOHJPNR01, which as you know is as good as it gets. Instead of buying something cheap, with only a 2 year archival life, I would rather spend the extra 10-20 bucks to get a FAR superior product such as this.

Review: Be sure that Amazon sends you this item, and not item "B0000ET7U6", the "Printable" 100-pack from Memorex. It has uniformly bad reviews. They sent me the wrong one, and I'm trying to return it.

Summary: JUNK DISCS! DO NOT BUY!
Review: Buyer BEWARE!
I dont write reviews, but people have to know these are BAD discs. I bought these discs on the 2nd, and I didnt get around to testing them till my hard drive was full just after christmas. I burned around 11 discs. All of which failed with errors. I even dug into the stack and tested ones on the lower half, and still a 100% failure rate. I bought other discs to make sure it wasn't my burner (after I defragmented my hard drive, troubleshooted through my computer, and reinstalled the burning software) The other discs I bought burned just fine. I'm sending these back. I'm guessing that it was a bad batch. I'm VERY happy I noticed before it was too late unlike some other unfortunate people.
I have NEVER had many bad Memorex discs, and I trusted them completely. Due to this though, I might try a different manufacturer. I DEFINITELY won't be ordering more of these.
Save yourself the trouble of troubleshooting for a day, buying test discs, and then shipping these back to Amazon.

Summary: Ricoh grade discs! Super great deal ! Quick shipping
Review: Cant say enough about these. Every other site I looked at had these for about $140.00 or more PLUS shipping! This is the BEST deal by far. Burn great at 8x and print superb! Shipping is free and takes only 3 days to arrive! Only bad thing I can say is that the box it is shipped in tens to have the bubble wrapp linning completely broken down (deflated) and I was worried that there may be damage to the discs, but so far Ive ordered twice and all 200 have been perfect! BUY THESE!!

Review: Excellent product. I've burned over 80 discs with my Plextor burner at 8X and not a single defect. I am also using an Epson R200 printer to directly print onto the surface with amazing results.

Review: Have used Memorex DVD+R 4x non-printable disc for DVD backup with no problems for months using a Plextor 712A. I then started using the Memorex printables with the print surface ending before the center hole. Now comes these printables with the surface covering the entire top surface, all the way to the center hole. I`ve had a 100% failure rate using these junkers (10 for 10 out of 100 pack). Avoid at all costs!!. I am changing to a different manufacturer. No more printables for me.

Summary: Says 4X but you can burn them at 6X as well
Review: Hi, My DVD burner, an 8X external dual format DVD burner (NEC), burns these 4X Memorex DVD+R's at 6X speed, despite the fact that it says 4X on them. The setting of my burner is "maximum Speed" by default and the software I use is Nero Burning Rom 6. I never lost a single DVD+R beacuse of any burning problems. I'm very happy with the quality and the speed of these DVD+Rs.
