Summary: Not everything JetAudio claims is true.
Review: I bought an iAudio CW200 a few weeks ago. One of the reasons I bought the unit is because JetAudio claims it is multilingual. On JetAudio's Web site (as of May 20, 2003), this is what it says about multi-language support:
"Supports all international characters such as English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc."
This is not true. It does not download mp3 files saved in Chinese characters. JetShell (the software that you have to use to download mp3 onto the player) just froze when I attempted. I had to rename the Chinese character mp3 files in order to download them. Even after I got them downloaded, the player does not show the Chinese mp3 tag data. So the mutil-language support is completely false. I emailed tech support numerous time. I did not get a response until more than 2 weeks later. The response was it is not supported and they do not plan to support it. Another problem I discovered is JetShell does not work if you connect the player to your PC using a USB hub. JetShell will just froze. JetAudio is not doing anything about them either.

Summary: IRock What?
Review: I have owned an Intel Pocket Concert, a Samsung Yepp(128mb) and an I-Rock 180 (128). The Intel was just awesome but after I d/l the new driver it started causing major static. So then i bought the Yepp. Very nice, very small and extremely good sound. But, it didnt have an FM radio. This time i did a little more research on what i really wanted and chose the Irock. Mannnn this thing was flawed in everyway. Poor design, and sound. It's shaped like a triangle and feels very weird in your pocket. The buttons constantly get stuck. Sound quality.. heh that's a joke. The Irock couldnt even handle its own bass. At first i thought it was my earphones so i bought some 50 dollar sony earphones (these things are top of the line) and it still sounded distorted. Hehe so i talked my mom into buying it b/c she needed a music player also. Now this time i looked around and noticed a very sleek and small mp3 player.. The I-Audio. Let me tell you, this is by far the BEST mp3 player i have EVER owned. The Bass on this thing is phenominal and clarity... not a problem with this baby. take my advice right now. Buy the I-Audio.

Summary: Bundled software and fine sound make this a great buy!
Review: It's rare that you find a product that delivers considerably more than you expect right out of the box, but ...the CW200 128 comes through with flying colors! This neat little player has great sound, it's simple enough that an MP3 newbie like me can learn how to use it in 15 minutes, and the bundled JetShell software makes it a snap to set up your own music library (including ripping songs from your CDs) and then instantly load playlists into the player to take with you. Excellent value, and a lot of fun for the money.

Summary: Read the 5 star reviews below / They are right on.
Review: This is my third mp3 player that I have owned and the best yet. The compact size, sound and software interface, all right on track. I had a tech support issue that they helped me work through by email that was handled in fine fashion. The product and service that comes with it..........is Excellent!

Summary: Performs Very Well - But Cheaply Made
Review: This item is very small and easy to lose or misplace. You have basically two controls and they are not entirely intuitive. If one were different sized it would help to distinguish the two. I don't like the feel of the switches as they toggle left and right and the center is a plunge downward. They feel very cheap. The downward plunge is difficult to center and binds on either side making it feel as though they will eventually break or make poor contact. Feature-wise, this is a great item and the software is very good. It seems to pull on the battery when not in use. I let it sit for a while and the battery was nearly dead. Since it only uses one AAA cell, it is not a big expense to keep powered up. I have a 256-Meg model and it filled up quickly. The FM receiver is a big benefit to me and it works well enough to listen to. I am satisfied overall with this and would buy again.

Summary: Not too happy about mine...
Review: Well, I'm truly happy for all those who were impressed with their units. My experience is a different story. Although iaudio has such superior sound, unbelievably deep, rich bass, I kept hearing hissing, crackling in the background on any track that was a low volume piece (classical music, vocal-heavy pieces, etc.) It almost sounded like I downloaded a track from an LP. Totally intrigued by this, I went ahead and purchased a Rio Sport. Without a doubt, the sound quality was noticeably poor when compared to iaudio. However, it was practically free of background noises.

You might have heard about horror stories related to poor customer/tech support for other products. Don't think that iaudio is an exeption...

My intention is not to trash the product. There's a good reason why everybody's so blown away by the overall sound quality...

Summary: Really As Good As It Looks
Review: this player is even better than i thought it would be and i consider myself a very skeptical person. It is so small and has a really nice lit screen. It shows all the names of the mp3's and the radio reception is great where I live. It holds about 35-40 songs and its easy to switch from song to song. I take it with me everywhere. It is great for jogging and it is basically a great buy. The delivery came in 2 days in perfect condition.

Summary: impressive player
Review: This is a great small mp3 player. Sound quality is excellent. FM radio is somewhat weak. Don't buy this for the radio. Its strength lays in its extremely compact size, light wieght, and exceptional sound quality. The player is very easy to use. I had all the drivers downloaded and all the software installed in a matter of minutes. The software is very easy to use (drag and drop). The player itself is very easy to use and the menus are easy to navigate. The display is back lit in blue and the font size is somewhat small, but then again it's a little larger than a cigarette lighter. I am very impressed with this player and look forward to using it a lot.

Summary: GREAT, TINY MP3 player
Review: Dont want to carry an extra ounce on your run? Then buy this little gem. Its already earned its price by distracting me from exersize with no added weight. It is very well built and smaller than a pack of chewing gum. The sound quality is excellent, the software is good and easy to use, it plays for over 10 hours on 1 AAA battery, and stores over 4 hours of music. I have 50 songs on mine right now and its a little over half full. I'm not scared to drop it because its so light, I don't see how it would break. JetAudio has really set a new standard here, because I didnt see anything comparable when I was shopping and its better that I imagined. I was a little worried because I hadnt heard of the company before, but I did get a prompt response in decent english to a question I sent them, so I think they're making an effort here in the US.
Having the FM option is great, though the FM reception is only okay. BUT, thats because the player is so...small that it needs more metal to get better reception--- as it is, the earbud wire is acting as part of the antenna.
The only other MP3 player out there worth considering is an iPod, but that is a very different beast. The iPod is much bigger in size and song capacity and wallet impact. This is a great MP3 player, especially if you want tiny.
